Just ignore the hours they have posted outside their drive up booth. Sign stated a closing time of 3:00 on Tuesday’s. I pulled up at 2:53 and the curtain was down with a woman peeping from behind it. Absurd. Time to switch banks I think!

Horrible Customer service. They seem very nice when I call but instead of trying to find a solution they ask for my phone number and tell me they’d call back, and never hear from them again. I’ve had an account with them for years and still I get bounced so easily. They really need to try harder. Would not recommend.

No ATM at the branch out by the road. Only tellers. Total stupidity. And the ATM inside the mall is always out of order.

Don't do it !! New updates to account lock you out and during that time they take your online access away they charge account fees. I called but because my computer won't accept cookies the bank couldn't send me a 1x pin. Moral to the story "for your protection allow cookies" that's crazy. I closed my account but not before being charged over $100.00 in irreversible fees. If your looking for customer service go to another bank

I literally have been calling all day the worst service ever they kept saying I will call you back nobody did then they had me on hold for 26 minutes then hung up so now I’m gonna have to call corporate and other places so I can have my $163.07 back, DON’T EVER GO THERE! They will not put your money in your account when you give them your check

Only reason I'm not giving one star is because a manager at this location has always been friendly outside the workplace and always had associates break change. I'm not sure if the manager has changed since my last visit, but now this branch wont break change for fellow mall employees/companies. I find this to be extremely disrespectful considering most places in the mall offer a mall discount to anyone who works at this bank, but the bank wont help them out unless they have an account. Today, I entered looking for change (only bills nothing rolled) and the teller wouldn't even hear me out since I personally dont have an account well eating her lunch on the counter. I returned to my place of work and informed my supervisor who does have an account there and she was not pleased since she cant leave the store during business hours. I suggest changing policies or hiring people who are willing to help fellow employees.

Locked my account because they said my adress was wrong in the system causing mail to get returned. No notice on the online banking and then couldn't correct it the same day. This is after being a customer with no changes for a decade. Took staff forever ro figure out why the money wasn't available too.

Hidden fees everywhere, will not post paychecks or cash immediately unless you ask and make sure they do it. Don't waste your time.
