Don’t even want to give a 1 star rating! The customer service in this place is TERRIBLE!!! Go in to try and get help with my husbands phone being broken, the employees all just standing around doing nothing, don’t even want to be bothered with answering the questions, very rude, cut you right off mid sentence and then give the answer “there’s nothing we can do to help” We will no longer be coming to this location, as the employees really need to learn how to interact with customers!

Ordered a new iPhone for my husband online. Brought the iPhone we were trading in to this store, as I thought that would be the safest option to ensure it got back to Verizon safely and on time. We brought the trade-in phone to the store on October 1st. On October 18th, I logged into our account and noticed that the trade-in was still pending. My husband went back to the store and they assured him that everything was fine and the credit had been posted to our account. I woke up this morning to find two emails from Verizon, one saying they never received the trade-in and the other saying they were reversing the $830 credit on our account for the trade-in value.I called Verizon and spent 30 minutes on the phone trying to figure out what happened. They Verizon Rep reported that their headquarters just received the trade-in device YESTERDAY! (We dropped it off on 10/1 and they didn't receive it until 11/6). Verizon will take 3 days to process the trade-in, so I have to call back on 11/9 to make sure they properly credit our account again and that they remove any fees for returning the phone "LATE"!I am so furious that we wasted so much time going to the store twice, calling Verizon today and now I am going to have to take more time out of work to call Verizon again later this week.

Jay W was great to deal with. Getting a new phone and he explained options clearly and honestly. He went beyond by switching over all my apps and data on to the new phone. It took a long time(>2 hours) but he stuck with us through the whole thing!

Aggravating experience to say the least. Two Thursdays in a row appointment canceled. The second rescheduled appointment for the following week was 11:40am, no confirmation so called at 8:25am to confirm appointment that morning, “confirmed” was the response from the woman who answered the phone.I drove 1 1/2 hours to the appointment only to find out that at 8:13 am the office called to cancel the appointment.I was furious and the lack of responsibility taken for this ridiculous lack of communication. I have no respect for the OT who blew me off 2 weeks in a row, hmm long weekends maybe!?

I spent over three hours in the store last week. Lucas is amazing. He’s a very hard worker. He did more work than the manager. At one point Lucas asked me if the manager had spoken to me about my new phone order being flagged for fraud. I said no and looked over at the manager who was joking with people at checkout instead of updating me on my situation. Lucas should be the manager because he was on top of things. He took on more clients than he was supposed to and he got everything done. He’s a very hard worker and very kind. The manager on the other hand wasn’t even doing his job so I think that speaks for itself.

Great, Tony the manager is the best. I try to get him every time, if it is not an emergency and he is not available, I will make an appointment for when he is there. Should he ever leave I will be heartbroken.

Went in to discuss some smartphones with one of the salesmen. He knew from the start that I was not going to be buying that day, yet he took 15 minutes to answer questions I had about two different types of phones without trying to push one type of phone over the other. He listened to what was important to me and for that I am grateful. By the end of the conversation he helped clarify for me the two things it would come down to for me to decide which phone I will eventually get. I wish all salespeople we're like him.

Only talked to a machine or some one not speaking good English. Finally went 100 miles away to talk to a real person and he was rushed and not very friendly sent me to another Verizon store then got help on the 5th the day still not right

Super disappointed. Ordered a phone for my son. The rep said the staff would transfer my son's data to new phone. When we got there 4 staff were standing around chatting. When I asked to help with the transfer they said oh you need to make an appt for that and they are booking out until next week. There were 2 hrs left before closing. Why couldn't they support. We bought the phone. Spent lots of time getting the phone. Then 4 staff not busy said they couldnt help. Still trying to transfer the next day. Thank you for ??????

Well-staffed, knowledgeable reps on site for MOST things BUT in my case they had to connect me, from in the store, to phone reps at the main office. I was still on hold with Verizon support on the phone for 3 hours speaking with 6 different agents before someone was able to fix it. The people on the phone were terrible (except for the last one fixed it (I hope).

My experience at this store deserved a 5 star review. It was so easy to upgrade my phone. The whole experience was 20 minutes and the staff was quick & knowledgeable. Thank you!
