Appears to be a newer store. They were out of a few food items I was looking for but the store is neat and clean. Ease to get in and out quickly.

Blame the pandemic, blame whatever you want. We waited for over 30 minutes in the drive through waiting to pickup medicine only to be greeted by a sign stating due to staffing shortages customer inside the store are deemed a priority. Thank you for your understanding. There were at least 4 individuals behind the pharmacy counter that could have handled window customers. Whoever manages this location is a joke.

Went for an ID Now Covid test this morning. They at did not have my appointment info and did not seem to know that an ID Now COVID test was available at this location. A different person came to the window 20 minutes later Andrea took the sample but never received the result.

Josh and Jordan are wonderful, but shift leads Dom and Travis both are incredibly rude and dismissive. They gossip around customers about coworkers, frequently calling them names and saying sexist remarks about the older women who work there. Completely unprofessional and mean, I feel bad for the other employees who have to work under them.

Walgreens has been my pharmacy for many years. I prefer Walgreens over all other store's.

This is a pleasant Walgreens in which to shop. It's brightly lit, the aisles are extremely wide, and the shelves are fairly well stocked. The floors were very clean, which is challenging on days like today when it's wet and slushy outside. The pharmacy area in the back is large, though what few chairs they have are somewhat cramped along one side. There is a customer consultation area behind the pharmacy for things like briefings and vaccinations. The man behind the counter at the register was very friendly. Just be careful if you are backing out of one of the parking spaces from the West Avenue entrance, because that gets a lot of traffic from the customers proceeding to the drive-thru prescription area on the Washington Street side.

The Walgreens. Love this store. The bosses are clearly overworked. It's an hourly job that I'm sure no one really wants so let's increase pay for these workers and help the community out. Walgreens has the funds.

Rob the pharmacist was amazing. My entire family had to be tested so there was a lot of chaos on our part! Rob was very patient and gave clear directions. We were in and out in no time at all. Making an appointment was super easy. This could not have gone any better...I love this pharmacy and would recommend to others.

This Walgreens is good and has nice customer service. This rating is only for the covid testing. I would recommend against getting a covid test at any Walgreens. (Go to a local lab or hospital instead). They ship all their covid tests via FedEx to a small lab in Nashville, TN. During the winter storms, all the samples have been delayed for 7 days already because FedEx couldn't deliver. So you'll be getting your test result back likely after you were contagious.

I had scheduled a test. When I got the store, there were hardly any signs to tell you where to go. I waited over an hour in line and right before I pulled up, they shut the pharmacy. This pharmacy is completely unprofessional and whoever was in charge has no empathy.

I liked this location till they were bought out by rite aid . Now well three months in a row they have messed up my rx last month I got it almost two weeks late. This month they blamed it on the dr yet again, never got it they said. Well my dr is on point and sends it right then when I'm in the office . I tried calling and waited on hold for 15 mins then got hung up on. And that happened twice. Still hot no answers. Not to mention they cant keep track of my points at the regular counter everytime I check it I'm 1000 points away from a 1$ reward. Well thanks that's great. This place sucks ...
