Pharmacy associate Amy is beyond rude. Everyone here has always been top notch and fantastic so was a bit taken aback at her behavior.

Always friendly staff. One tech helped me lower my son's meds from 350 dollars to about 17! She didn't have to help me, that's the great thing.

They are very helpful, from the pharmacists and techs to the cashiers. The staff remains the same, which indicates a stable environment. A++

My experience at Wal-Mart in Wilton NY began at approximately 7:30 a.m. on Friday (2-22-19). I went to the automotive center to get a front signal bulb replaced as there was only one vehicle in the lot I was sure it would be a short process. I had this same bulb replaced several weeks ago at this location. After giving all the information I was told it would be a two hour wait and decided to have someone pick me up and left the store. When returning two hours later I was told by the very lethargic less than friendly employee behind the counter they couldn't replace the bulb as "they didn't have any." I could not believe that this man only tried paging me in the store. I gave my phone number so common thing to do would be to CALL me do you think? If he had called I would've not wasted my morning waiting for my vehicle. I am not a fan of any part of Wal Mart for the most part. Many of the employees that I've encountered have a very poor work ethic and not much interest in the customers. The lack of service by the employee and his careless attitude has lost Wal-Mart this customer.

Being that this Walmart is upstate and kinda in the sticks (no offense to the townies) you can expect it to be a lot better than the ones we have on the island! This Walmart is yuuuuge and they've got literally everything here. From what I can, they've got a nail salon, hair salon, auto shop, very big grocery section and so much more. They even sell real guns, which is pretty awesome because to my knowledge the ones by me don't. They have everything you could need and things you never knew you needed. Saratoga is a really cool town and this is probably the largest Walmart I've been to. Super friendly staff too!

Shopping was easy and most of the staff was friendly and hopeful but when checking out the cashier was not friendly at all, it's not my fault you party too much and now taking it out on your customers. Wore her name tags backwards so don't know her name

Giving it four stars because I no longer have to walk in there for groceries anymore. I do the online grocery pickup. Avoid the nonsense of only one cashier being open when there's a line of 20 people. Seems to happen every time I go so it is what it is. Much quicker anyways and the people that do the grocery shopping are awesome. I've never had bad produce given to me. The substitutions are always awesome if something needs to be swapped out. Will always use grocery pickup. Glad to see they are building a car port!

This review is specifically about the Tire and Auto Center. These employees and the manager went out of their way to help me this past weekend and I must call out their amazing service. Was on a road trip from VA to VT. This is a LONG trip. Went through a construction zone and got a leak in one of my tires from the debris. The tire was losing air fast so we threw on a spare and I called them, they had closed 30 minutes prior. The manager answered the phone and asked me what was going on, I told him the situation and he said he would stay and throw a new tire on the rim himself even though they were closed. Relieved, we rushed over there (there is not much in the way of auto centers open at that time) and the manager and staff had all stayed late to mount and install a tire for us!!! It was above and beyond and they went out of their way to ensure we had a safe trip. On top of all that the price was great and they got us back on the road in no time so that we still made it to upstate vermont in a reasonable amount of time. I cannot praise this staff highly enough!!!

Typically my experience at WALMART would garner a solid 3 stars. The store is reasonably clean and fairly well organized. I can't give it kudos for being well stocked since a large section of the frozen foods department has been waiting for freon repairs and has been sitting empty for at least a week. So, why only two stars? My main objection is the numerous attempts to coerce me into becoming an unpaid employee. As it stands I already wrangle carts, bring my own bags and even do most of my own bagging (in defense of my purchases). I will even go through the do it yourself check-out lane if my purchases are a dozen items or less. But when I am pushing a full cart load of purchases past the self serve lanes in search of an open cashiered lane and am accosted by an idle employee who aggressively reminds me that I can do it myself- my annoyance rears its ugly head in the form of sarcasm and derision. My stock answers are usually along the lines of ,"Oh really, I didn't know and don't care to know" or more often than not " Not unless there is a paycheck or a substantial discount involved" . Thankfully I am still able to sensor, "or they can just put you and the 2-3 other people watching the lines form up here on a register and take an active approach to minimizing check-out lines" that is actually dying to escape my lips. On average I see 3-4 people involved in the monitoring and customer wrangling of the self scan aisles which I believe to be counterproductive to the situation. Put those people on registers and stop pestering me to perform unpaid labor!

Every time I go there it's a 20+ min wait at checkout. Never enough registers open. No matter what day of the week you go. And when you get to the cashier they move at a snails pace. Makes you frustrated. Better of going to the Queensbury Walmart.
