“Self pickup after placing an online order is awesome. Walked in, looked at the link sent in the text, grabbed my stuff and left. So simple. Of course I wondered what kept me or anyone from just grabbing a couple extra bags. Theft seems too easy with this system but for the honest folk it's so nice not having to wait in line.”

“I believe she's either the store owner or the manager but wvrytime i come in she is there and she is always sweet and kind. There was a dress I loved on a mannequin but didnt quite match me as well and she found another one for me to try on... it is already one of my favorite dresses. They have beautiful pieces and its such a cute shop. I love coming here.”

“My mom and I stopped in here just to take a look around before we saw a movie but there were so many cute clothes/brands that can be hard to find even online, such as minkpink and project social tee. There was also a sale rack with some really great deals. The customer service was great -- I was only able to grab one thing as we were in a rush but we will be back! :)”

“What an exquisite, beautifully curated store. And a real hats off to Chris. To call me a reluctant shopper is generous; I detest shopping. But I was wandering down Broadway, visiting Saratoga for a conference, and I was drawn to the beautiful windows at Chico's. In I walked, and Chris quickly came to my aid, sensing my reluctance. In less than 30 minutes, she had me outfitted in gorgeous new clothes with savings for opening a Chico's credit card and promises of coupons to come my way. What a delightful, unexpected, and enjoyable shopping experience!”
“Let me tell you. I don't tend to leave reviews for places, but this lovely boutique deserves one. I stopped in while we were in town for Dave Matthew's and I found this beautiful pink dress that I wanted to buy for my birthday in a few months. I left there for probably 5 minutes and when I came back, it was on the rack to be tried on. I talked to one of their employees, Alison, and she was super sweet and attempted to find the same size (they only had the one). I waited for a few minutes while someone tried on the dress and then gave up and went outside. Shortly after, Alison came out and called me back in. The lady didn't like it so she held it for me to try on. Long story short, I loved it and bought it. Alison might've been one of the nicest employees of any boutique I've been in.”

She took so much time and put so much effort in to help my daughter Find the perfect prom dress. I did not think this type of treatment existed in stores anymore! She was not pushy at all. She was so much fun and I absolutely loved her.
