“I have bought various supplies from Markertek for years--mainly cables for audio and video (coax, specialized cables, XLR connectors, etc.). Recently I made an order and 1 XLR connector was missing from the shippment. Oh well, mistakes happen.I reached out about the missing item and received a reply from a human (Michael) within a day. He actually asked if the item was time sensitive. Funny thing is--it was. I was leaving for a trip in 2 days and needed to make an extra XLR to TRS cable. I told him that there was some time sensitivity but it wasn't a big deal (it wasn't). Well he shipped it next day air!Look, it would not have been a big deal to ship it ground. They are in UPS zone 1 or 2 so it might have arrived on time by ground. Also this wasn't a big order--maybe $60 in total and the Neutrik connector was maybe $6? But he shipped it next day air anyway.That kind of service makes you a life long customer and is worth writing a review.”
