Obviously everyone’s experiences with mechanics are unique to whatever they’re dealing with, but I feel like I need to balance some of these super negative reviews by sharing that my experience was absolutely smooth from start to finish. They did new brakes, rotors, tires, filters, oil, sensors for my Mercedes sprinter. Estimate was sent immediately, work was completed in a timely manner, hourly billing was fair and not inflated, final bill matched estimate besides some stuff I approved over the phone. They recommended some future work that the vehicle may need down the road but weren’t pushy about it. All in all absolutely no issues. The haters can all calm down.

Untrustworthy and dishonest. I brought my Mercedes Benz there for an estimate which was very costly. I was unsure about my decision because I loved the car but the repairs would cost about the same amount as the car's value. The estimate wasn't clear, they wanted me to give them between $5,000 and $10,000 as a "budget" for them to start working on the car.They said it would be fine to leave the car there while deciding as long as I removed it before winter due to snow plowing. Several months later, a few weeks before Christmas, my other car broke down so I was forced to purchase a car, the car dealership was going to take the Mercedes as a trade, they went to Euronutz with a tow truck and Euronutz wouldn't let them take the car without me paying them $500!!! I paid the $500 because I had to for Euronutz to release my car, and asked for a receipt which made no sense. $150 for a towing charge from having my car and the other $350 was made up by Euronutz because I decided not to have them repair my vehicle. The receipt didn't even add up to $500. Thankfully, I was able to get a refund through my debit card (PayPal) by filling a dispute. I would NOT recommend doing business with Euronutz, they are obviously not honest. You are better off dealing with another mechanic.

There a very expensive shop, instead charge by the time that is listed on the books not how long they really took. My car was there for two months in a half. They don’t call you if you want to put new parts on your car. They just bill you for it and think you have 10k just laying around to invest it in to your car. Payed 10k in parts and labor. They don’t drive your car respectfully instead they treat it like a race car. I went on a 4 hour trip with my Audi s5 and lost my clutch and brakes in the middle of the highway doing 85 and was very close to an accident. Will not go there again. I do not recommend you take your car to euronuts. Bring your business elsewhere.Services: General repairs & maintenance

Excellent service, good communication. I would have given five stars but was initially given a lower estimate which subsequently did not include the cost of all the necessary and essential replacement parts to complete the job. Granted I was given a ballpark figure but it was considerably more expensive than I was led to believe. They did give useful diagnostic help for future repairs which I paid an extra $60 for. Ultimately they performed the repairs in a timely and professional manner for which I am grateful, thank you.
