This is a super great business that has large units and small units available. We did a limited rental for dorm room storage over the summer. It was perfect🤗 Super clean and great customer service. Luv the hand trucks that are available to assist with easy move in and move out.

New owner of the Sawkill location is very unprofessional and rude. Also the store manager is also very rude has a nasty attitude and hangs up when you ask when the owner will be in. They then scheduled my move out date AFTER they received my payment.
Moved to the Saugerties location and was welcomed with kindness and all the help I needed!

Excellent experience! The customer service here is tip-top and seems to come easy for those running this space. Bobby is a Shining Star, and you can rest assured that your storage unit is under a professional watchful eye. The perimeter is secure, and the grounds are clean and organized.
