I worked with Bonnie Keegan, who was professional and knowledgeable throughout the process. She was extremely patient with my endless questions. Always answered phone calls or texts promptly. Was right on target with the selling price. I would list with Bonnie again. No complaints and only high praise for her.

We worked with Vince Betts on a recent purchase of a home in Saugerties and I was overall very happy his representation. Vince not only has extensive knowledge of the local market, but he is responsive, kind, and unquestionably honest. We went through several rounds of negotiations with the Seller, and I never felt that Vince was pushing us to accept the deal that was in front of us. He continued to work until we landed on terms that we were happy with. Then, once we were in contract, Vince made sure every piece of the puzzle was in place to ensure we were able to close as quickly as possible. My family is in love with our new home and we would not be here without Vince. I wholeheartedly recommend Vince!

I just purchased a new home and Shannon O’Connell was an absolute godsend. The process ended up being very long and drawn out with repeated roadblocks popping up and she was there for me every step of the way. She went above and beyond to help and reassure me whenever I had questions or concerns, if it hadn’t been for Shannon I don’t know if I would’ve made it through the experience. It really meant a lot to me that she was so passionate about getting me into my home. We are very pleased in the house we settled. It took several months of looking at many houses and different towns. We were so appreciative for the patience, knowledge, professional approach we experienced with Jennifer. She never rushed us into any deals, rather she was very focused on what our wishes and needs were until we found the " right" house for us.
