Fantastic customer service from Jorge! I needed a unit fast and this was the best customer service I’ve ever experienced . No one was on site but the giant kiosk connected me to Jorge who was exceptionally helpful and solved everything instantly . Very refreshing to work with such capable and professional people on a very stressful move day ! Top marks!

Many staff members here met me on my worst day. Virtually.
There wasn't anyone in the office and I needed assistance with my shed. I was going through a horrible family emergency.
And top of it all, my son was leaving for college.
I had quite a breakdown in the waiting room (sorry about that) and the staff on video calls & phone calls followed procedures and promised to send me a manager.
That's when George came in (An amazing employee who had patience, humor, and an appreciation for happy customers).
He handled the situation with such care. And promptly! He took the entire interaction very serious and helped me with everything that I needed. My college bound son knew that I was falling apart that day, and offered to talk to George for me. But George was a trooper and handled my crisis with care.
Thank you so much George! I hope they give you a raise out there at the saugerties prime storage location! You seriously saved the day! I won't forget it.

Met with Dana, a real charmer. Helpful to the max. The facility is spotless and well lit. Location is great.
That was then, this is now:
The monthly fee was raised 70% after two months! Outrageous, I’m sure you’d agree. This is a blatant disregard for fair and decent behavior. Who would trust their valuables to this bait and switch business model. There are several other honest and available storage facilities within a couple of miles of I’d recommend you check these out before spending the time and money here, only to have to move your possessions right after moving in. Sorry to be so down on a local business but this is not how you treat a client who wants a long term trustworthy relationship.

Had a wonderful experience with Jorge the Virtual Manager at the Saugerties branch. Jorge assisted in closing out my unit 1037. He confirmed with an email as well as at the kiosk, making the process a breeze. Thank you Jorge!
