I have had Naccarato Insurance for over 30 years. They have been excellent. I'll be moving out of state the end of this month and Tiffany has been helping me find an insurance company in NC since they won't be able to keep me as a client. Everyone is wonderful. I will miss them.

Horrible - The insurance company made a mistake and wrote down the wrong VIN number preventing us from being able to register the car. A VP, named Susan Tiano, first accused my husband of giving the wrong information and then was completely rude. My husband was getting very stressed by Susan, who declared multiple times she was a VP. I then tried to talk to Susan to explain but was’t allowed to finish as I kept getting interrupted. Bottom line is that they need to fix the VIN on the insurance forms without the drama. Stick to the facts.
I do not recommend them and am going to seek to move the policy to another local company. Who needs the stress of being treated rudely.

It's extremely disappointing how rude the ladies are that work for this company. My insurance went up a significant amount, and we're told I "should be thankful for that price". I understand that prices are going up, but the fact that they couldn't take a few minutes to see if I was qualified for any lower rates, but instead tell me I should be happy, it's upsetting. Where's the customer service! I already didn't like going there because of another past bad experience, but now I most definitely will be finding a way to drop them so I won't have to go through them anymore.

Hello... my primary residence is Nassau/Queens county.. I have another home in Hyde Park... my insurance Co downstate was ready to drop me like a hot potato due to having paying guests in my home, although that was shared out of the gate... I was referred to Dina and within 24 hours I was set up with a new ins. Co at almost half the cost!!!! I will be utilizing Dina's expertise with insuring my two vehicles and my primary residence... fabulous demeanor, professional with superior interpersonal communication skills... the best!!!! Over the moon delighted thus far... we're off to great start!!! Eileen

We would continue our business there if company president Jon Naccarato wasn't in it. The so-called businessman has no college degree or license to sell insurance!!!! There is no foreseeable future in the company so I can't invest in them.
