Love it here. Great spot. Highly recommend the yogurt if you’re there during breakfast time!

Seems like a popular spot for people working on their computers, so might still be the best option in town tbh. Other cafes around are dead/closed. No syrup options (except Maple) and the vibe is too sterile for me; no people talking and the barista was grumpy. For the prices, I’d expect more.

I used to come to Olsen & Company all the time when I used to live in Saugerties. Now that I’m living back in the area I’m so happy I get to come here more often. I’m impressed by their dedication to local, fresh food and drinks. I always feel good after I’ve had something to eat here. Family run businesses like this really impress me. The ambiance is great! I feel like I can collect my thoughts here. They even have local affordable honey for $11! Great job!

I am a fairly frequent visitor to the area and always make time to stop here! We recently had a seasonal pasta dish that truly hit the spot. The friendly service is also noteworthy!
Vegetarian options: Butternut pasta, at least one tart, multiple salads

great food & atmosphere. the problem is the guy who works the register, I think his name is James? he's surly, makes constant mistakes, and I overheard him saying "what? I was just kidding!" to a coworker, which imo is enough evidence for jail. EDIT: different guy works the front now and the difference is clear

Cute cafe with great bread and sandwiches! We got the cheese and sourdough toast with pickled onions and prosciutto (they ran out of salmon) and the breakfast sandwich. Both were good and the bread was toasted perfectly.
We found street parking towards the end of the block.

Friendly and charming Cafe. A nice option for a coffee or smaller bite. Everyone seems to know everyone else. Service can be a bit slow, but that's part of the charm. Dogs are allowed indoors, for those who need to know. The bagels are not really bagels, but they do in a pinch.

Just happened upon this place on instagram & gave it a whirl. The lattes were amazing & the ambiance was a 10/10. It was as if someone took Brooklyn and dropped it in the middle of the Hudson Valley.

Cannot recommend highly enough! Came here for a quick bite before hitting the road and wasn’t expecting much but I will be dreaming about this food for a while. Super simple but delicious. Got the prosciutto and Gruyère sandwich, yogurt with lemon zest and nuts, and some coffees, but everything looked so good, wish we tried more things!!

Menu was limited but food was ok. Service is very slow though, there were only 2 people to take orders and make all drinks/food. Wouldn’t have stayed if I had realised this!
