I did a review for Jane at the Saugerties office. I used the microphone and said I will miss Jane at the Saugerties’s office but my phone printed out; I won’t miss Jane?
I also put a sad face?
I tried changing it at the end, but my phone would not let me?
Hopefully, they can change that review for me?
I’ve known Jane for 10 years and she’s the greatest!

I had an early morning appointment on a weekday at 7:20. I was in and out in a matter of minutes. Quick and friendly service.

The lady in the Saugerties office is the most Sweetest lady I have ever went to get blood work done by. She is the only person I let take blood from me.i trust her with myself and my children.shes amazing she makes a scary experience as if it doesn't exist I always have been scared of needles she talks to me and by the time she's done talking to me it's over with. Highly recommend her.

Jane is professional, courteous and very respectful. I am never looking forward to having blood drawn but I would go no other place unless Jane is at that place. Thank God for this woman. I always know my landing is going to be soft. She is an asset to the health care profession

Jane at the location in Saugerties is wonderful! I was late for my appointment and she still took me, though it was going to cut into her lunch. I was so grateful to her. She is also always so kind and patient. I go back to this location time and again because of the exceptional service she provides.

I drive from Kingston (where the Quest is 2 min from my house) to Saugerties for lab work because Jane, the phlebotomist in Saugerties is so fantastic. She’s kind, courteous, professional and fun! I love chatting with her and she really does a great job with the actual blood draw. Thanks for being so great, Jane!!

My appt was at 920, I was checked in and waiting. Two staff chatting. Totally ignored. Lab person finishes with someone, they now start talking with her. While I'm waiting. I had to go to work. I left at 940. No one else was waiting. Terrible customer service.

Yet another quest lab that I’m not impressed with. I drove 45 minutes for a sign to be posted on the door that says there’s no Internet. They should alert or cancel my appointment and give me a heads up.

I don't understand these reviews that "Jane is the best." I went here twice, once in 2022 and once in 2023 both visits Jane was awful to me. Mean. You're already nervous about your blood draw and she makes the experience worse. The first time i went i was uninsured and she wasn't familiar with my doctor so it took about 30 mins for her to figure it out, all the while yelling at me about how expensive it was going to be and how much bloodwork i needed which was her inconvenience. The second time I went in without an appt. Admittedly i told her I wanted to try as a walk in and she was so angry and uncivilized. I knew there was a chance i'd get turned away the yelling was unnecessary. Go to Kingston- so good there! And so nice.
