“I’ve been working with UPS for a long time with my business and usually end up feeling a little frustrated when I leave. THIS ups store is absolutely amazing. The staff is SO helpful, they do everything they can to make sure you are getting what you need, take the time to work out print jobs or shipping questions. Line is always moving. In a world where it seems customer service is dead, this ups is keeping it alive! My only recommendation is a tip jar! Thank you 4541!!!”
“Over twenty years of Good service and going strong. Laura and Jane are always friendly and extremely helpful. One star subtracted for the extended lunch (1.5 Hours) period which makes a visit to the post office require proper timing to not get there between 1:00pm and 2:30pm. Other than that.......5 Stars”

“Does not seem like a normal post office. I thought I was in another country. The postmaster Cynthia was extra helpful. Unlike rude NYC post offices. She even had candy and lollypops on the counter for customers. I have never been to a more friendly post office. I wish everyone was like this. I'll bet that this is the only post office with a 5 star rating.”

I bought a painting from a nearby auction house and needed it shipped across the country. This UPS office was recommended by the auction company and now I know why! From the very beginning, they were super friendly and helpful. Also, I didn't pay a huge amount for the painting and did not want to be charged an exorbitant amount for packing and shipping but still wanted it shipped carefully, of course. Well, Chris and everyone at the store came through and packed it and shipped it affordably AND carefully AND on time! I will definitely be using this UPS location next time I win something from the auction house. Or if I need anything shipped from the Rhinebeck area. Thank you everyone at this store!”
