It was the 1st time ever that a Dr. complimented on my furbaby in my invoice. It made my heart fill with love when she said my boy Creamy is so handsome, it put a smile on my face. “Just a few days before Christmas, 2023, my 7 year old Shihtzu became quite ill. Our regular Vet was on vacation so we went to the Emergency Vet, as advised by our Vet, only to be told they could not see my pup. I had been a client of Hurley Animal in the past and decided to try to get an appointment. When I called and explained my situation, they saw my Shihtzu that same morning. We have since switched both of our dogs to Hurley Animal and are so happy we did. Friendly staff, wonderful Vet, and I haven't had to wait very long for appointments. 5 stars!”

“I personally would like to thank Dr. Alden for taking our golden retriever Bear as her client. I spent thousands of dollars at another veterinarian office locally and when my dog had a problem they could not see him. He’s a larger dog and when he woke up in the morning, he could not walk on one of his legs. I called our veterinarian and their respond was they couldn’t see him that day, they were too booked up. Right away I started calling veterinarian offices and called Kingston Animal Hospital. Thank you very much Dr. Alden for seeing bear and taking care of him that day. It was something very simple. He just had an abscess inside of his paw. I’ve had a few emergencies with our dog and Dr. Alden has always been there for me. I will never use another veterinarian. I highly recommend Dr Alden. I would give her 10 stars if I could.Sue”
