“I am in Arizona and I was getting a tracking package through the Marcy New York post office. I didn’t know what the package was.I called and actually spoke with someone after three or four rings ;the person I believe was, Andrea was so helpful. I really do appreciate the customer service coming out of this post office”

“Unfortunately, I didn't catch her name, but I had a younger blonde woman help me with my 7 different packages (I had no idea how to ship anything out) and she was phenomenal. She was so patient and kind and also extremely helpful. I honestly never make reviews, but this woman deserves to be recognized for her outstanding service!”

“Great job you guys are doing for the price we pay for services. I pay $84 a year for my post box and someone is going through my mail, business mail is opened, then taped shut and there is long delays for delivery.... Care to chime in ? Ps. Mail tampering, fraud, breaking and entry, unauthorized use. Just to name a few. There is a difference between delay because of the weather and a delay of 15 days between Albany New York and Verona NY. It was business mail... 22nd of Jan/26, my dashboard said there were one or more pieces of mail with no pic of them. Well, where are they? 26/January/26 Today I received mail that they do not have pics of, I wonder if they will be there when I go to get them tomorrow? 12/ feb/ 2026 Where the hell is my mail? I am missing days worth...”

“I'm not sure why this location has such a low rating. It's my preferred USPS location, by far.I forget the man's name because it was unfamiliar to me but I know it started with "Me". He, and Tracy, have both always been so above and beyond nice every single time I've gone here and are the reasons it's my preferred USPS location. Just some of the most friendly workers I've encountered in a customer service situation. 10/10, will always come back.”

“they are sad, tired, and just want to go home. my appointment for a passport got cancelled ~20 minutes before it's time and then had little interest in helping with more information. i went to 3 other usps's and they were all nicer. i ended up doing a walk-in appointment at the usps in clinton. 5 stars just because i feel bad for them”
