I needed storage for my dad’s extra stuff and some family heirlooms. I had to empty his house quickly and was feeling overwhelmed. When I called Averdi I was worried about talking to some pushy guy who didn’t listen to me or maybe just getting a robot and be on hold like some other places I called. I talked to Brina or “B” is what she goes by. I could hear her smile when she answered the phone. She was so understanding and helpful. She listened to me and didn’t rush me. Even told me a little about her family. She told me she would get me everything I needed to make a decision even if I didn’t pick them. She wanted me to get the best value and make sure I was getting what I needed. She sent me a quote and was informative and patient answering my questions. When it came time for delivery, everything was just as great. My container is clean and looks nice. The delivery process was easy. The driver called me before they came and B even called me afterwards to make sure the container was satisfactory. The entire process was easy. They got me a container quickly and easily. I got my dad’s stuff out of his house and that’s one less thing that I have to worry about. Call averdi if you need storage. They will care about you and take care of you. Ask for B if you want to hear what a smile sounds like.
