I became a new customer; Taylor was very helpful with my needs. I received a shipping container on schedule, Josh Wilkes was my drop off driver and did a perfect job placing the container where I had requested and did so without me having to be there. The ordering process was simple and all the staff that answered all of my questions were so pleasant and kind. They also did exactly what they said they would do, and followed up with me in one week to secure my delivery date! Great company, with great staff! Thank you to Catlin, Courtney, for helping me start the process, to Jason for making sure to get a message to Catlin during the phone troubles, and finally to Jenn for finishing up the scheduling for me! You guys are all wonderful at your jobs and have great customer service skills! Can’t wait to receive my container!

My experience with A-Verdi and their staff is very positive. I have one unit already, which arrived on time and was placed onsite quickly and efficiently. I had to order a second unit, and worked with Jen Hawker to make this happen. I was on the phone a few short minutes, and it was all ordered and set up for delivery and billing. The quality of their units is very good - solidly built and air tight, so I know what I'm storing in them is protected well.

I had an A+ experience with A-Verdi Storage Containers. We had an urgent need for on-site storage, and we live in a very rural area. I worked with Kelly to get a quote within the same business day. I placed the order the next day, and the unit was delivered to us the very next day. Kelly was super responsive and very easy to work with. Clifford, the driver for our unit, called me a couple of hours prior to delivery to let me know he was on the way and to confirm the location for the unit. Great experience - highly recommend!

I recently needed to rent a storage container for one of our buildings at work and worked with Kelly on this request. She was quick to respond to my inquiry and within a few minutes of sending her the name of the contact in my department that she needed to speak with about the placement of the container, she had already contacted him to get the ball rolling and schedule the delivery. I've never experienced such quick and helpful customer service. Would highly recommend your company.

Jay Caldwell helped me choose the container I would need & sent me a quote. He followed up with me to see if I was still interested. The whole transaction was done by phone. He was very thorough & professional. The delivery truck driver was awesome also because he placed the container exactly where it needed to go in the space I made for it. I would highly recommend A-Verdi for your storage needs.

I met with sales-rep Jay on a Monday. He took me to the yard where 100's of 20 foot units were stored and I looked over the selection, trying the doors, examining any dents and dings. We sealed the deal and 3 days later Debra drove it to my location and did an excellent job of placing it where I requested.

I had a great experience working with Jen getting our two storage containers ordered. Everything was very clear and easy. Our delivery guy, Greg, was also awesome! We had a hiccup with parked cars on our end and he was very patient and quick to help with solutions. Greg was precise, careful, and friendly! Worked with Jason Kinsey from A-Verdi Storage Containers this year! He and his team at A-Verdi, Melissa and Ed from dispatching; did an amazing job! What a great group to work with! Not only did they meet our needs at Bonide Products, LLC, they went above and beyond! The containers arrived on site in excellent condition! They were clean, both inside and out! Service was exceptional during the 6-month rental period! They brought in 70+ containers to accommodate us during our busy season! All of the drivers were professional, flexible, and polite! What a great partner to have when you need flex space in a timely fashion! It was great working with all of you!

We use A-Verdi for all our storage container needs. As a small business time is everything. Christine is amazing and no matter what position she moves to she has always handled everything I need. If I need a new container I just email her and she handles it. If I need invoices, she handles it. It doesn't matter. She is truly an asset to A-Verdi and if she ever was to leave I would truly be lost. There service to deliver and remove containers is spot on. If they tell you when they will be there you can count on it. I would recommend this company to anyone who asks me where they can get a storage container. Keep up the great work!
