“Driving from Canada we got a flat tire. This was the only tire shop that was open that we could find en route. Thankfully they had the tire we needed but it doesn’t stop there. These people are the most friendly, accommodating people. They had our tire changed within less than a hour of us arriving. They were quick and knowledgeable. Also I’d like to point out our car carried people of color and at no point did we feel unwelcome or out of place. We even forgot a cellphone at the counter and upon driving back to get it they were outside waiting for us to hand it to us. Definitely 5 stars, if we lived in Bath this would be our go-to place.”

“This Monroe Servce center got us up and back on the road very quickly after I accidentally drove over a nasty curb at the local Walgreens. I put a hole in the all aluminum oil pan which as you imagine let all of the oil out of my car. I wasn't sure whom to call but since they are open until 7 I was able to find out that they could do the job. We had our car towed first thing at 7:30 and were back on the road by 4. We couldn't be happier.”

Terrified and understanding BMW roadside assistance would only tow my car up to Rochester or Buffalo from Painted Post, NY it left me stranded….thankfully I realized I was close to a Walmart and even though I had no idea before this they have an Auto-center, I called and was back on the road in NO TIME!! The service, Leah especially who answered my desperate call and all the techs, were FANTASTIC!!!!!! The trip home was great, car running perfect!! I’m a new customer for life!!!!!!!!
