“I sent my wife’s car to Smithtown Autobody recently and the minute I walked in i felt at ease when I spoke to the front desk. Then I spoke to Kevin and I discussed the dilemma I was in. The whole process was flawless from start to finish and the body shop is top notch. I had a cracked back panel on my wife’s Subaru forester. They fixed the problem and made the car look like it came out of the showroom.
Also to top it off they not only cleaned the outside of my wife’s car, they also cleaned my wife’s inside as well, and it was super clean which was unexpected but also very gratifying to see, and professional on all levels.

Not in New York ! I have to say in a grim situation caliber collision was amazing . The staff greet you immediately and get to work professionally and timely . They communicate with you every step of the way ( and not in an annoying way) , they send texts and call when necessary.They also set you up in a rental and have all your questions answered immediately. “The service here was incredible every step of the way. I was in my first accident and needed some minor work done on my car. I wasn't looking forward to dealing with insurance companies but they handled everything for me here.
They called the other person's insurance for me and filed the claim, let me know when to drop my car off and it was that easy.
When I got my car back it looked new! I really appreciate how they handled my car, and the interior looked completely detailed as well.
