“Through Costco my Mother & Father found Carpet Your World. We set-up an appointment with Neil! He was kind, friendly, considerate & knowledgeable. He was extremely patient in trying to help us find the right flooring. Neil sent sample after sample never becoming irritated. He took his time with them until my mom found the right flooring. He checked on them again a few days before the work was done, while the work was being done and after the completion of the job. He was phenomenal! He was diligent and patient.
