CVS has really gone downhill- was recently in the pharmacy section of target, looking for magnesium citrate. I asked one of the pharmacy techs about where I could find it but got a rude response and was told that he works for cvs and not target 🙄

The state of the America health care system is a disaster and these huge pharmacies are part of the problem. There is no sense of urgency or caring here or most places within the system. They phone system is designed to make sure you never get a human Being on the line. "we don't get deliveries on the weekend" is what I was told when my meds were out of stock. That is unacceptable to me. If Amazon, usps and fed ex deliver on weekends than cvs should be getting livesaving medicines 7 days a week. No urgency. No caring. They make billions and that's all they care about.

I cannot adequately express how much I trust and respect the pharmacy staff here, esp Renata and Jess...how they take the time to explain and assist, and work through insurance challenges...just GREAT!!! I might be able to save some money if I did mail order, but I depend on the relationship with them.

For Christmas, I received a gift card that was not usable for myself. I went to return it with the receipt and I was not able to return it because of CVS’ corrupt policies. I am it raged and will not visit the store any further.
