“Excellent customer service with concierge style care. Attention to detail is obvious from entry. They've been here forever! I didn't know. Yellow gold and white gold as well as titanium. The best part is that they can assist for ANY budget. Ladies are helpful when I was selecting for a 19 yr old graduating and 88 yr old who needed something for a function. Parking ample in rear or in cornucopia lot don't let Main rd deter you. They'll also repaired my watch in a good time frame with affordability While other stores have an estimate on watch repair, and this was the most cost-effective method for me.”

“I have been in the store several times and my experience was nothing but great with friendly and very helpful staff. I am going to return because I had seen things in a catalog that I would like to buy and wanted to see if they carry it in the store. I rather give them my business. Regarding to the one review, mask wearing, at that time it didn't matter if a person was vaccinated or not, mask wearing was a requirement by the CDC to enter any store. The stores needed to comply by the CDC covid-19 policy. Yes, it was an inconvenience. Yes, many of us hated it, but you want or need to go shopping you needed to wear a mask, CDC policy for the state of New York. It wasn't just at this store it was everywhere, stores, banks, a person's job and etc. Any place that was enclosed and had people. It was a very difficult time for us all, very difficult. Therefore the store should not be held responsible for following the CDC policy, they had to. I am eager to go back.”

I’ve most recently visited to have my wedding dress altered and the attention to detail they provide is unmatched. I purchased my daughter’s dress at this boutique, had it altered slightly, and she looked and felt like a princess. As did I thanks to their amazing work! Both my dress and my daughter’s dress fit better than I thought possible. High end quality work for a reasonable price!”
