Maybe people only bother to write reviews for dry cleaners when something goes wrong.”

“The most kind hearted, professional and fantastic cleaners on LONG ISLAND! I had a last minute meeting in another state, and I desperately needed my suit and shirt to be cleaned.. they did it within the day. Had it ready for me so I could catch my flight. The woman who works the counter is a sweetheart, and the man who works in the back is incredibly nice. and they did such great work. They know how to run a business and get repeat customers!”

“I dropped off my husband's suit for a cleaning and they asked if I wanted to pick up the gown dropped off a year ago, and completely forgot about!! They still had it ! I couldn't believe it. They are a great dry cleaner - fair prices, fast turn around and the staff is always so kind! Highly recommend to anyone who needs a great dry cleaner !!”

“At the start of the pandemic, these guys were the closest to me who were still running (my usual place had shut their doors). The owner is super prompt, kind, and helpful. These guys kept going and never shut their doors. I am eternally grateful they remained open and helped take one thing off my plate while I worked through the shut down.
Edit: After several years and an ownership change I stand by this review. The new owners are a wonderful family and are incredibly kind, I can’t recommend this place enough.”

“I saw some of the reviews of the guy who works at the front for being rude but it is absolutely not true! I don’t know the other’s feedback but I can utterly tell as a regular customer that me and my family have got a great service from him all the time and he has a good manner! As someone claimed in the reviews that the man in the front did not care about the lost items is true since the shop doesn’t take responsibility for the lost items in the first place!! You need to come back and find your own items instead of giving a call if you think you left it! Plus, the machines are clean and I’ve always had a positive experience from both workers and the shop for years!!”

“Awesome place . Staff is helpful & will let you know if a machine is broken & if I forget something behind when I leave , like my detergent they’ll tell me . Clothes come out great & smell much better than doing it at home . They have an app where you can pay for the machines instead of using quarters . Been coming here for a while now & I don’t plan on stopping”

“Truly the Best !!!!!! I'm from the south shore bayport area . I went to a cleaners up the road from where I live to fix a zipper on my uniform jacket . They had it all day and when I went to pick it up they said it couldn't be fixed. My friend told me about Best Cleaners and dropped my jacket off . The next day it was fixed , brand new perfect . I will be going to them from now on . Excellent Service , you have a new customer !.”

“I’ve been using this dry cleaner for years. When I was younger in the early 2000 I would bring my dee jay tux to get dry cleaned, and I still use them today to clean my butchers jackets weekly. They do a fantastic job and the prices are awesome. If you’re new in the neighborhood I highly recommend them.”
“I received a brand new full length, pleated dress in the mail. Uknowingly, the side invisible zipper was broken. I needed to wear the dress the next day to a funeral. I brought the dress to them in the morning shortly after opening. The tailor replaced with a stronger invisible zipper and pressed it. I was charged $35. I thought it was high for a zipper change, but because it was done in several hours and ironed to perfection i didn't complain. The clerk at the front desk was helpful, pleasant and informative. They even let my husband pick up the dress for me without a ticket or ticket number.”

“The owner Young is very helpful and gave utmost care to my clothing both for dry cleaning and alterations. She did a fantastic job at a very reasonable price. I have been coming here for over a year now and will definitely be returning. Plus, you can have your coats cleaned and preserved and stored for the next season for free. Who can beat that? “I come here to do laundry every week. I never have an issue unless I go on the weekend. It's sometimes busier then and so machines are scarce.This past week, several pieces of clothing came out with oil stains all over them. I had never had this happen before. I've been using the same tide pods for years and I only wash with cold water. I was so confused. I wasn't going to make a big deal about it, but then I noticed stains all over a pair of $80 jeans that are brand new. I mentioned something to the staff and they said they looked like oil stains.They offered to take the clothes and wash them with dawn for me, to try to get the stains out. This was very nice of them and didn't expect them to do that.I will continue to use this place. They made an extremely stressful experience much easier. (I hate doing laundry. I hate crowds and people.)”

“Crazy busy in the afternoon and evening. The best time to ho is during the day closer to morning time and after 11pm. You have to pay for the dryer even if you wash your clothe for $25 per 15minutes but atheist they come out really dry.”

“As far as dry cleaners go, for me this place is good for alterations and pressing pants/shirts. They do it all and have been here for years. Be sure to request straight crease for your pants or else you'll get no crease. All pressed items are perfectly starched. Highly recommend.”
“Come prepared. This is an old school laundromat. You have to come with cash. The machines need 4 dollars in quarters to run. No worries they have a machine to turn your bills in to quarters. There is no Apple Pay or electronic payment options that were obvious to me. Also you will need quarters for dryers as well.”
