If you don't want to deal with an attitude because you call for an appointment to have your vehicle serviced...you may want to look elsewhere. Never did I think this place would cut corners with their service as well. Very unfortunate to not return because they're good mechanics. Parking lot is a nightmare.

A tractor trailer tire flew off and hit my BMW. Somehow Josh and his body shop FIXED my car and got it back to me within only a couple of weeks despite the supply shortages and the car being so new. If I could give 0 stars I would. They had my car for 5 months. Always an excuse as to why. Went by and seen front end damage along with mold in vehicle. I will be suing this place. DO NOT BRING YOUR CAR HERE. TRUST ME!! Josh is a bullshitter. Will seem nice. GO ELSEWHERE

From an oil change to having major work done on your vehicle,the Technicians are rated A+! I had a sound that none of the other shops in Sayville could pin point . I took it to Main Street Auto repair and all 3 Techs could hear and located the problem within 20 minutes. Mike, the owners quote was very fair and explained to me. They saved the old parts for review as well! This gratifying experience gave me the security that my 12 year old Ford Explorer was safe and road worthy once again for long trips.Also, the parts used were OEM, not cheap aftermarket. Main Street Auto is professional, honest, and their Expert Mechanics deserve a thumbs up and handshake for the confidence that they gave me in this recent major repair. THANK YOU!
