“This is a fine Rite-Aid. Staff is friendly. Management seems nice. Here's my beef though: Every time my wife or I use our American Express, the cashier says with exasperation in her voice "can you please indicate if you want to use points?" BEFORE the machine gives that option. EVERY SINGLE TIME. I am paying attention. I am looking at the machine. EVERY SINGLE TIME. It is now a running joke when we go in there. They've never once failed to say this. JUST WAIT. IT TAKES A SECOND. EVERY SINGLE TIME.Also that wine is terrible.”
