Don't trust the hours. They close when they want to. I got there before they were supposed to close and the door was locked in front of me. I said to the guy on the other side of the door that he closed early. He nodded his head and said yup!

This UPS is charging high/ unreasonable rates. $30 for a small necklace that was won at an auction. Half that fee is for handling and dropping a necklace into a padded envelope. The shipment option isn't even 1 day. It's the most I've ever paid and the slowest option. Their business practices will hurt the business that the auction does since I won't be bidding for this auction again.

Believe the bad reviews!Wanted to charge me 210.00 to pack and ship 1 box 20 x 20 x 20 25lbs ground!Wanted 30.00 for a cardboard box! Then got nasty when I told him forget it!Went to fed ex and it was half the price with 5000.00 insurance!

Quoted $33 a ridiculous price for a box for an Amazon return. The price does not include shipping. Item was only 20" x 4" x 9". Don't bother with this store.

This is the BEST UPS Store on Long Island! I am always greeted with friendliness and respect, as well as great service. Every. Single. Time.Whether it is printing needs or something that needs to be shipped, Angela and her team always go above expectations. Even if it means they stay a little later in their shift. Thanks again to all of you at the Sayville UPS store for ALWAYS providing me the best! You all rock!

If you are looking for prompt service and a store that stands by what they say, go somewhere else!!! My items were brought in by vendor on 1/24 to be packaged and shipped to me. I received a call that day to confirm shipping info and get my credit card info. I was told it should be there in a few days and I'd get an email with tracking number. On Feb 2nd I called and had to call a second time to speak to the manage who handled auction shipments. When I was called back or was to be told that it would be shipped out that night and I got it today. Why it sat in their store more than a week with no update and not being shipped is unprofessional and highly suspicious. Please note, I have used other UPS Stores many times with no issues at all and have always had incredible service. This is just about my experience with this specific store.

I purchased an $80 ring at auction. I'm in Seattle. They charged me $40 for packaging and handling. I said can't you just put it in ANY envelope? A flat rate Envelope? It's is a very thin, lightweight, tiny ring. They said no. They knew I had to pay it or sacrifice the item. So I paid. they put it in a huge box for this little ring. Crazy overkill by packing a TON of huge bubble wrap Around it. $9 worth. This was just a rediculous rip off. It took a week to arrive with their ground service. I'm sure anything faster arrive been in the thousands.
