The staff is really helpful, friendly, kind, and provides professional, considerate, and patient customer service. They know customers by name and work to ensure medicine is available. Some feel the location may be understaffed, but many report a great experience compared to others in the area. The store itself is nice, and with coupons and points, some items are cheaper. Love that I get the old family pharmacy felling from the pharmacy department . They remember who I am and are always willing to help me . Also many items are cheaper here then other pharmacies that shall not be named.

Everyone is kind, courteous, and helpful--even if the line gets a little long here and there. I'm pretty much in and out. Usually any issues are due to insurance or doctors' offices, and the staff offers assistance with those things, too.
