Must be one of the worst locations. Never carts in the store, or in parking lot. Where are they? Have to wait for customers coming out with one. Produce always poorly stocked and what they have is old and wilted. Prices throughout store are now way over competitors. Why shop here when Guintas produce always farm fresh and inexpensive, better deli, fresh cut meat from butchers (not cryopac), and ShopRite entire store Much cheaper!?Plus Stop and Shop 1-2 cashiers, you need to check yourself out, even after they just overcharged you. All other stores better customer service.

Everything they sell is cheaper elsewhere. Shop the sales and move on. I always feel like they don't understand that they charge more than everyone on almost everything.

I give this place a big fat zero! Produce is overpriced and goes bad quickly, many other items are also overpriced, the place is dirty and has homeless people loitering around that steal items, and the current store manager is very narcissistic! There's also a heavy-set chick with glasses who works behind customer service with an attitude problem. I've also seen some of the employees being yelled at and spoken down to when it was uncalled for on many occasions. I'm not going to shop at a store that treats it's employees with disrespect!

If I could give zero stars I would. I've ordered online pickup twice since I moved here. Both times I've waited excessively for my order. The first time I was physically in the store because I forgot to put something on my order (my fault) and they called me to tell me my order would be ready for an hour. The second time I sat in the parking Lot for over 30 minutes and then a manager came out and said sorry for the delay we are backed up. Don't commit to orders you cannot fulfill for people during their selected time. The reason for online pickup is for people with busy lifestyles. If I knew it would take this long I would have shopped myself.

My granddaughter gave me $100 gift certificate that you purchased at Stop & Shop on Montauk highway in Sayville for Christmas there was no card in the package when I opened it she went to the store and told him about it and they keep giving her the runaround to this date I have not she has not received her money back they said it happened to other people to if that's the way they treat their customers please do not shop at the stop and shop thank youStill cannot get any help with this and it is July 2020I cannot believe they are treating me this way

Love this store, got used to the new layout. I just hate walking through the employee smoking section by the east entrance every time. Maybe there can be another place for them to go? It sets a bad example.

I don't normally write reviews but this store is terrible , I live seriously a min away & hav to drive to meat farms or best yet market to get items that stop n shop just don't seem to hav.. " what super market dosnt hav flavored coffee creamers .. so crazy the store never restockes for some reason. Bad management I guess . Sorry stop n shop gonna switch to shop rite! This grocery store is the worst around!!

This has to be the worst grocery store around. The selection is horrible and the staff is just as bad. Tonight I bought some items and told the cashier, Carmela, that I needed a bag. She added the five cents gave me my change and moved on to the next customer without bagging my items! How clueless was that. There are frequent long lines while 4 employees are hanging out chatting at the courtesy service counter. When will management or corporate address these problems that have been going on for years.
