Ive been getting waxed by Molly for probably close to 2 years now, and I will continue to go to her exclusively. She is efficient, does an excellent job, and always asks for feedback or concerns with the wax before finishing. It is also very reasonably priced. Highly recommend!

Why I loved the ole school hand filing as opposed to electronic nail drills at the salon, the percision was poorly filed around the cuticles. I paid $85 for tips using gel, which they convinced me was better than acrylic, and by the third day, the gel was chipping. I went back for a repair, but that also was poorly done. Omgosh, by day five more chipping! I usually prefer and asked for acrylic, but they convinced me on gel, which was the worst. Now, I called and made an appointment on Monday, but I can only be repaired on Thursday. My chipped nail ended up breaking off by Wednesday! Not one technician out of two could take 15 out of three days to repair my nail! I had to wait three days for Patty, who did my nails, to come in. By Wednesday, my nail broke off, and I was done! I'll take my business elsewhere. I need better attention to the little things, more detail oriented technician. My nails looked good initially, but up close, the area around the cuticles was shabby. Going back to drilling, precision is better, oh and acrylic for me nit gel.
Cleanliness: They used old nail files and I never saw her take out sterilized utensils. The salon needed much attention.

I made an appointment for a pedicure. When I arrived, the only woman that seemed be doing pedicures was still finishing up with a client. Upon picking my color, I let her know that I still have gel polish on my toes that needs to be removed. She then denied my appointment because she “didn’t have time” because she had another appointment in 30 minutes. If she denied me for her next appointment (I was on time) why continue working with the current client? I wasn’t prioritized or treated like a customer and honestly, it felt racially motivated. Bad customer service.

Showed up this morning for a scheduled appointment at 9:00am… then told that my pedicure appointment was cancelled because my technician was not coming in today.I should have been called at 8:30 am so that I wouldn’t have traveled in a rain storm to “ be-on- time”!Not very professional … there were other employees in the shop when I arrived.Elliot Rittenband

I have been going here for years and let me just say that this place is awesome! I mainly go for their waxing service and I am very pleased. They have always been very clean and sanitary and especially so during this pandemic. If you have any doubt at all, don't! Just go they are awesome! Molly is amazing!!

The best nail salon ever. A few friends recommended this place a while back and I absolutely love it. I have one main girl, Patty, who I love, but when it is her day off or she is away, there are two other girls I also adore. In fact everyone is wonderful. I get gel manicures and regular pedicures. I have also done full leg waxing. The salon is meticulously clean. The women are are all sweet, talented, and fun to be around. My nails always look fantastic. You do usually need to make an appointment. Once you come, my advice is you you set up your next on your way out. Now that they are open again with vivid, everything is kept very clean, they take your temp, everyone gets their own kit, other precautions in place, everyone in masks, only staff touches the polishes, etc. highly recommend!

Hands down the best nails and waxing in westchester! I love coming here because it is a completely different experience from any other nail salon I've been to ever! All the techs are friendly, professional and talented. It's no surprise many clients (myself included) have been going there for years.
