I had the misfortune of my cell phone falling into water which caused the board that holds the wifi and bluetooth to become damaged - no sim card error. I was devastated. Thankfully Belky (customer service rep) who was so knowledgeable and courteous was able to arrange for a replacement phone through my insurance (thankful I had it). The phone was received the very next day. Normally the data transfer from cell for to cell phone would be simple. However it could not be done without the wifi. Belky helped transfer the data which took awhile to do. She was very patient throughout the process. There were other issues that arose but she was able to handle it proficiently as well as efficiently. Because of her fine demeanor, I was inclined to inquire about other phone and watch offers which I purchased. Great customer service is a valuable asset to any company. AT&T should be proud to have her on their team. Although I I live close to another AT&T location, Scarsdale is my to go place for exceptional service. I will visit again to set up my new purchase. Thank you Belky.

Manny was helpful and informative... After being with Verizon wireless for almost 10 years, I was very disappointed in how they handled a valued customer. Once I spoke to Manny he made it very easy and comfortable for me to make the switch to AT&T will no problem. The only problem is the wait for one of the staff to finish servicing other customers and the time that it takes for them to set up a customer account, but this is an issue that I seem to find with all wireless companies. If AT&T can find a way to manage the time spent more carefully wirhout the long wait the experience in store would be great. Kudos to Manny for a job well done. ?

Bad customer service , soon as my husband and I walked in they told us to have a seat they will be with us in a few. We waited for about 20mins. Then another customer comes in the store and they take care of them right away. Smh

The store rep was extremely patient, I will be going back next week for my husband to get a new phone and we will have the same store rep, Reynaldo take care of us.

Visit on 4/28/24. My rep was more interested in the Knicks/Sixers game than attending to my needs. Entered info incorrectly when trying to add my phone to service and couldn’t figure out how or why there was a problem, nor admitted his mistake when discovered it was his error. Unprofessional behavior and attire and took more than an hour to do something that should have been done in 20 minutes. Needed the assistance of at least 2 other reps in the store and seemed lost in the entire process. One star for his service - one more because it’s obvious the rest of the store does much better than him. Won’t mention his name here but won’t be hard to figure out who.

My Store rep was super wonderful. Not only did she resolve my small technical issue with the phone, she also looked at my account and found several inactive lines that she spent extra time helping me to cancel. I am so grateful to for the service I received.
