Poor customer service at the Scarsdale location. The two young ladies on Sunday 2/11 provided terrible customer service (little to none quite frankly). Will be contacting corporate. This is a quality brand with horrible service.

This location has worst customer service there was no one in the store and I know why.I was at the counter for a return she slowly finished what she was and reluctantly turned to do my return.I don’t recommend visiting this location.I usually love the clothing from this brand.I’ll never return here.

The service in Banana Republic is absolutely phenomenal. Jordan recently helped me pick out a gift for my Grandma's upcoming birthday and I couldn't be happier. Excellent quality clothing too. The staff at Banana Republic are all wonderful!

I have shopped at BR and spent thousands of dollars . I went in to return a Jacket $500 bought for my husband and was told that they couldn't accept the return because it was over 30 days. It was 45 days and I didn't know they changed their policy. The manager who was a young and seemed inexperienced went on to say there is nothing he can do. REALLY!!!!!. i asked if a store credit can be a work around and again a big fat NO! I am also a BR credit card holder. WOW! I am very angry and disappointed. I will have to rethink where I shop and will consider shopping at Nordstrom's, Bloomingdales, Saks or a place that appreciates a customer and my business and with a better return policy. So many stores are going out of business. Why chase a loyal customer? It Sucks! They just don't get it!The store was dead as well. There was one or two customers in the store. I wonder why? After THIS experience I do not plan to spend any more money at BR. NO THANK YOU!

Sadly store gave the impression of going out of business with few displays in the women's section, limited variety and a miniscule clearance section. I hope this is temporary ?

The service is absolutely perfect! Jordan is the best. Super knowledgeable and service oriented. I had not been to the store in a long time and it was so refreshing.Noah was awesome as well. BRAVO team.Hoping for more sustainable products next year...Surely the team will be awesome!

the service wasnt what im use to at other BR's. the guy cashing me was on Instagram on his phone while cashing me. tf! noone greets you as you walk thru the door as you shop employees just look in your face. its just wierd
