We just had the most incredible experience at buybuy BABY with a sales person named Tenisha … She was so knowledgeable and kind and took so much time explaining the benefit of each and every stroller and completely helped us make up our minds. Gone are the days of excellent sales people, but I think we found the only one left, thank you so much for an incredible experience.

So glad to have this store back! They were so helpful when we were shopping for strollers 5years ago with our first. Went in recently to transition from infant to toddler car seat for our second and the service was next level.Chris, I believe the store manager, not only had in-depth knowledge of the specs, pros and cons of the seats we were considering based on our needs. In below freezing temps, he agreed and helped me test out the display model in my car to double check if it would fit in my middle seat as I needed.Post purchase, he also helped install the new car seat. Again, in below freezing temps! I am TRULY grateful for the kind service. God bless you sir!

Absolutely phenomenal customer service. I ordered a product online that ended up being out of stock. The customer service team went above and beyond and located it in store out of state for me and shipped it to me. They communicated well and found the hard to find product for me very quickly.

The grand opening was underwhelming. Had gone a few days before and an employee advised there would be lots of sales opening day. There was low inventory/ missing lots of key baby products like lotions, baby shampoos, and mostly everything was full priced with barely any sales. Registers are now in a tablet where you can’t see prices for yourself. There was barely any employees available to assist And didnt see representation from vendors as they advised for their event. And To top It off, there were no prices on most of the inventory, so my fiancé and I kept having to look up the inventory online. Overall terrible opening experience.

Its closed. Google update your hours. I drove there just to find out the entire building is vacant. Then I searched and it turns out the entire chain is closed. So good luck seeing anything in person.

Don't go to this location it is currently closed. When you call and online shows that it's still operating. But it's empty and doors are closedown.

White sales associate, tall with curly blonde hair could not be bothered. She gave my mom a used bag from a previous customer that wasn’t even the stores brand and sneeze in my 4 month olds face. The ladies at the registry desk were AMAZING they went above and beyond for us but the cashiers in the front are disgusting. Spend your money elsewhere or order online.

4/30/23 update: store is closing. 10-20% off items right now, but things are still overpriced imo. About 40% of the store shelves are empty already. A tad disorganized, good luck finding what you want!;

Overpriced, better selection for girls than boys. Only store I’ve been to where you don’t get a percentage off for things on your registry. $430 on about 20 items

This place seems nice and well put together but they seem to not care about certain customers. Emphasis on the certain… I went there 6 months pregnant with my family wanting to sign up for a baby registry with them and I told her then she said with an attitude “you can do it online” not even looking at me just typing away on her computer. Half an hour later, I see her sitting down with a couple doing a registry. Never going back there again. She had to be a racist. White woman helping out a white couple not wanting to help out a Hispanic heavily pregnant woman. ✌?

The store was clean. They are fully stocked with baby items. A Sales associate actually asked if we needed help. She was very knowledgeable. We came in for the cheaper crib mattress but after speaking with Ms. Tiffany we decided the price of the baby's safety/,comfort was worth spending a little more. Ms. Tiffany even suggested items we didn't even think about like the matreess cover and sheet. She even told us how to convert the crib into a bed when the time came. She even helped us signed up to get furture coupons. This was definitely a great shopping experience.

When asking for help the staff seems to be bothered by it. I went in for an exchange the lady did a return. The item was a gift so there was no way back to get the money back since someone else purchased it for us. We clearly explained to her beforehand. When she submitted it she said there’s nothing she can do with a flat expression. I had my registry here and I will be moving it because there’s also never anything in stock.
