Lovely hidden treasure for pet lovers, very clean and lots of goodies for your fur babies, Love that they have two large tubs (one lower for larger dogs and higher for smaller ones) for you to give your dogs a bath safe your back. They provide all, shampoo, towels, brush and blower dryer all at a very decent price and you do need to make an appointment a day before. Great customer service and knowledgeable of their products. In the the shopping center of Marshalls and BestBuy, plenty of Free parking. Love that they also have cookies and birthday goodies for your fur babies.

I usually come here but today was not the day. I wasn’t greeted by the employee whosaw me walk in, passed by her, and when she decided to speak it was only to upsell a featured product. Passive aggressive behavior all because I didn’t buy the treats she recommended. It’s ok though, won’t be there for awhile. Management should teach employees like Olivia to be patient and friendly to customers.

This a wonderful store run by wonderful people. Walking in for the first time, my jaw hit the floor. Between the managers knowledge, the helpfulness of the staff, and the ABSOLUTELY sheer range of products they carry, I can say this is hands down one of the best pet stores I have been to
