My experience with this branch couldn't have been better. Everyone was exceedingly helpful, especially Valene Samuels. The most important thing to me is the fact that they took the time to listen to me. They really listened. Then, they listened more and began to ask questions about my life and money goals. They made recommendations, and at no time did I feel pressured into getting something I knew I didn't want or need. Their guidance helped me put together an immediate plan for a longer-term strategy. I've been hesitant about investing, and now I feel a bit empowered enough to make concrete decisions. That's what makes this branch special. They are all lovely. Every single one of them. Thank you! Mike, I appreciate you taking the time to hear my story and Valene for taking time for me long after business hours!

Drive-through ATM is really unreliable, often out of service.Parking lot is often filled by Trader Joe's customers or parents from the school across the street. Avoid.

I would give this bank and this branch a ZERO. The level of unprofessionalism is astonishing. I only joined the bank as it was referred to me but if anyone is thinking of swtiching to this bank, take this as a warning, DONT. Run and find another bank. My case was not too complicated but in the year and few weeks that I have been a part of the bank, my money has been held hostage, I have dealt with NUMEROUS branch managers and so called gold members liasons and nothing has changed. In the last few weeks I have waisted about 10 hours of my life (going to the bank and speaking with their customer services) and my issue has yet to be resolved.Update: with the exception of the two males that assist in opening accounts and the tellers and manager that helps in the front (NOT relationship manager) the branch is ok but the bank itself is terrible and the relationship manager is clearly not competent to deal with her clients. My new account is now on hold for no reason.

My experience at this location has be amazing thanks to Matthew McClean. He helped me set-up my business account and has been there to guide me and make sure the process was moving along smoothly. He would let me know when any documents or cards were arriving. Glad he was able to make my journey into starting my own business a breeze.

This bank is horrible. It is the slowest service I have ever experienced. There are always extra workers in the offices are bumbling around in the back, while a line of ten people are being helped by only two tellers. It is never a quick in and out experience... I have no idea how this is even possible in 2022! Get your act together!

0 stars. If you want to cash a check as a non-customer, look somewhere else. They’re rude and terrible. During COVID-19 crisis, They refuse to cash a citibank check, while the other branch that cashes the check closed

I couldn't find where to actually post. This is about citi bank as a whole not any location. Many other banks have all the information for the new small business loan. Citi Bank which is a large bank does not yet have any information. It boggles my mind. As soon as this is over I will for sure be to be taking my business elsewhere !! I am beyond upset

No parking, no guard, not safe, but a service charge every month for what? Glad to be moving my money out by the end of this year. Don't come here if you want a decent experience.

I've not been happy with Citibank at times, but the manager at this branch is awesome. I've unfortunately forgotten her name, as I went only once, but she was super-nice and spent a ton of time helping to resolve an issue that Citi's online and phone customer service couldn't help at all with.

I ordered a new debit card and received a new card addressed to me with someone else’s name. I went to the branch to speak with someone about it and the manager didn’t have a minute to talk to me. I was told they would call me as soon as they had a chance. I’m still waiting for a phone call. Do not use Citibank! There is no excuse for the mistake they made with my account.

The tellers are professional, but the branch never answers a phone call. the phone tree is endless and never results in being able to speak to a human being. The managers can never bend a rule. The interest rates paid are ridiculously low.
