Arriving at Scarsdale CVS on post road at 1:15pm for an update on a prescription I waited in line and made it to front of line by 1:30pm. At that time I was told I was on wrong line and needed to talk to pharmacist. Then all the gates were closed on my face. I spoke to the pharmacist “Anthony “ and he said basically tough luck and come back at 2pm even though I tried to explain to him that I have been there since 1:15pm. He didn’t care. Basically said my time is not important. Totally rude.

The manager is a horror show. Nasty laughing man. The pharmacy department is fresh and awful. They yell at you. Don't wear masks. Do not answer your questions at all. Challenge you to a fight. Horrid service. Ring up other items if they like you only. Ugh! And why the hell is there a HUGE BUDGET RENTAL TRUCK PARKED ACR0SS MANY SPOTS FOREVER?!!!

Do not leave a UPS pickup here. I asked for a receipt for two boxes, they said they don't give receipts. They said I'd get a text when my items were picked up. I didn't receive a text yesterday or today, and when I called, they weren't helpful, said to call UPS. They don't have the phone number for UPS(which I can look up), and no tracking number.

Harry, the Store manager is rude and arrogant, he's acting as if he is running his own corner bodega store. Extremely disrespectful to my wife and wouldn't help her with her issue upon checkout, spoke to her in a bad condescending derogatory tone, when she got home she was very upset and distressed with the way he treated her, I called to complain, he hung up the phone. I Will contact headquarters to Adress the matter.

Will NEVER step foot in this store again! Dropped off a roll of film (yes, in the year 2020) to be developed. Was informed to allow 3-4 weeks as the film must be sent to the lab. They told me they will call me when my photos are ready for pickup. Didn't receive a call in a little over 4 weeks so decided to check in myself. At that point, I was told my photos were not there and to try calling again in a few days. When I tried again, I was given the 800 customer service # to track down my own photos .... Something that I feel they should have done for me but at this point they wanted absolutely nothing to do with me- real nice, right? I called CVS corporate office about 3 separate times (that's how long it took them to figure out what happened to my photo order). Finally, the store manager called me (at week 5) and shouts nastily into the phone that my photos are there and ready to be picked up. I knew going into this, the outcome would be disappointing and I definitely wasn't mistaken. I picked up my photos and paid the $10 all to find 4 black printed photos in the envelope. I entered the store again with my orange photo envelope and receipt in hand. The cashier saw me and as she was helping another customer was yelling for the manger to come up front. Interesting that she knew to call him even before I got to the counter to tell her what the problem was ....The manager was VERY defensive with me right from the start. Again, why be defensive if you did absolutely nothing wrong?? The outcome was I could not be refunded because I was told the $10 was to develop my (4 completely black photos) and not for the photos themselves. Full disclaimer: After a lot of back and forth, the manager did offer to take $10 off my next order which is great but I will never return to that store again to get the refund. It really was never about the $10, it was the way the entire situation was handled! Why did I have to feel like I did something wrong for wanting my photos printed? Some serious attitudes in this store need to be adjusted or they will continue to lose customers. Best and only good thing about this CVS is the parking lot!

I would give ZERO stars if I could. I have been trying to fill a prescription there for over a week now and I keep getting different answers as to why it wasnt filled yet. Every time I call they say it will be ready after 4pm the following business day yet it never was. Then when I called today they were extremely rude and refused to check other stores to see if my medicine was in stock there. They gave me the phone numbers and TOLD ME to call around. This is completely unacceptable and you should be ashamed.

Its fine as a store, but if you need the pharmacy God help you. Every time I've ever called the pharmacy for critical info on my prescription refill, I have NEVER gotten in contact with a real person. Usually give up on hold for over 12 minutes, it's ridiculous, nobody picks up the phone there. The one time someone actually did answer the phone at pharmacy he was rude and hung up.

Be careful if you are using this CVS Pharmacy for your GENERIC drugs. My M.D. requested CVS to order one American pharmaceutical company's generic SPECIFICALLY, because I was having trouble with another company's version of this generic drug, and the company my M.D. chose was known for the high quality of its generics. CVS said they had to order this American Pharmaceutical company's generic since they did not have it in stock. So, I believe CVS knew from which which company they needed to order. When I saw a strange company's name on my drug bottle, I contacted my M.D. While the generic drug was correct, we discovered it did not come from the pharmaceutical company my M.D. had specifically requested. I looked up some drugs on Google which I had received from this CVS in the past. I could not find out all of them, but many of them were made in China or Pakistan. While drugs made in these countries are often of same quality as drugs made in other countries, some people have trouble with drugs made in these countries and need a drug from a specific company whose formulation they know they can tolerate. I noticed some other things at this CVS as well: 1: Sometimes, they charged me a different price than was on the tag. 2: One day they refused to give me the price on the CVS flyer. The person who refused to honor the advertised price (he might be the store owner, but I don't know for sure) said they were not offering this sale price because this was CVS headquarter's decision, not their decision. However, I think they have an obligation to honor the advertised price. This has only happened to me once, but once is more than enough. 3: When we buy soda in cans, we have to pay a "bottle fee" of 5 cents each for each can in addition to the sales tax. However, this CVS charges sales tax on the "bottle fee" as well as the soda itself, which it is not supposed to do. I found this out when I bought the exact same amount of soda of the same brand and at the same price at a store in Yonkers and CVS on exactly the same day, and I couldn't understand why the total bill for the store in Yonkers was less than the total bill from CVS, even though the sales tax in Yonkers is higher than in Eastchester. By performing the calculations myself, I was able to figure it out. I probably would never have noticed if I hadn't bought the same soda in the same day at two different places. Although I have shopped at this CVS from time to time, I never thought it was worthwhile to complain about small differences in price. I just tried to avoid the store whenever I could. However, when they didn't follow my physician's instructions and give me the medicine he requested, I thought it was time to speak up.

1 star for the Pharmacy! The store itself is whatever... nothing shy of a regular degular drugstore, but the pharmacy.... omg don't get me started!! It is literally insane how impossible it is to get a live voice on the phone when calling this location. I've only needed to get in touched with the pharmacy department, but once I realized after multiples attempts and countless minutes wasted that I couldn't get a human on the phone (I tried every other option that they listed I even went as far as "doctors press 2") I had to wind up trekking my behind here. The issue? I live in Queens, and this CVS is in Westchester. I went to a First Med somewhere between mine and my BF's house. The medical technician sent the prescription for my Strept Throat to the wrong CVS location (this one) instead of the one by my house, since both were inputted in their system already. Now I've used this particular pharmacy a few times prior to me having to finally write a review, and EVERY SINGLE TIME I need to call them I CAN NOT get in touched with a human being. The one time I absolutely needed to get them on the phone, and couldn't is what finally prompted me to write this review. I had to eventually make my way to the location, which at that time when I was sick, and not in Westchester, was seemingly impossible. Shame on you CVS of Scarsdale! For lack of Customer service in what probably the most important department of the store! I will not only never fill a prescription at this location again, but nor will I shop here!

This is a general observation -- what's up with the CVS RECEIPTS? They are out of control. Overall not much to say about CVS, except that they get the job done. Here's my long receipt for a total of 2 items. Water bottle and a pack of gum. LMAO

The manager Harry is unprofessional, useless j**** I already filed official complaint about his behavior and let's leave it at that. I avoided that store although it right next to me, but had to go there again for passport pics. Some tall black guy in nice clothes step from the back office to take pictures. The whole time while working with me and my son he had sour puss face and major negative vibe like I was bothering him. Common people. It's America where customer always right and competition is big. I will drive extra 3 miles to go to another store, jerks. Fix your attitudes.

Cashier by the name Sharon is rude and lazy. I asked her for change for $20 and she said she doesn't have without opening her register and I asked her if she can ask her coworker and she told me to ask him myself. He has a customer why would I barge into his line to ask him when you can do so.
