I literally walked in off the street to have a pair of earrings converted for nonpierced ears. Maggie, and indeed all of the professionals went way above and beyond my expectations with such grace and generosity. I am so grateful and can't recommend them enough.

Very friendly and helpful staff, no high pressure sales. Went in for a watch band adjustment and the staff was very helpful. Will certainly go back once I need to purchase something more substantial!
