“I have had two recent experiences here, both very positive! Most recently, I came in to have the power port on my laptop replaced. It required soldering, which is intricate work, and some repair shops wouldn't even touch it. These guys were happy to help! Despite a complication with the repair, they handled it like pros! Elliot was kind, patient and understanding! They were clear about timing, no surprises with cost and communicated all along the way. My laptop has my whole life on it and they got it back in action. Thank you Elliot and team!I was also there earlier this year to get my phone screen replaced. This was a service contract repair through Verizon. Easy in and out in the same day. Dropped my phone off in the morning and picked it up after work. Again, the staff was fast, friendly and communicated with me throughout the day. I don't know if every location is like this, but I would be willing to find out. This location has made a loyal customer out of me!”

“The epitome of professional and knowledgeable. My MacBook Air had water damage and a completely black screen. I was informed by various sources that the only option would be to purchase a new computer. At this point, I was beginning to accept my fate. “Fantastic service and very honest customer service-plus the sales guy I wish I could remember his name was very friendly when I arrived. They fixed my IPAD cracked screen for much cheaper than Apple would and had it done within 2 hrs once the part came in! They kept me updated every step of the way as to when the part would arrive and how long the repair would take and even called me when it was ready. Everything seems to be working well now and they even took the time to try to remove some bending from the side of my IPAD from when it fell. They seem to care about the work they do and are a much cheaper option compared to the Apple Store for those costly repairs....”

“Best repair shop in Westchester County by far from the quality, value and customer service. I went in for a repair and was in an out within an hour for my phone. The environment was very friendly and welcoming. I'd say from walking in and hearing music playing in the background it felt like a relaxed environment. The sales associate Alex was really kind in putting on a Netflix show for my son while we waited and even gave him free stickers.
