“Just thorough. I came in with a broken hdmi port on my xbox series x and they not only cleaned it, but they also kept me in contact, making sure I knew what exactly was wrong with it. They were also very quick with it. It was somewhat pricey, but I definitely got what I payed for. Overall 5/5 stars, would definitely come again.”

“I waited to do this review because I wanted to be sure my computer was fixed and didn’t break down on me… and it hasn’t! I brought my laptop here at the end of December 2025 because I dropped my laptop and couldn’t turn it on. I was skeptical about coming here, but had no choice because I needed my computer for school, and it was cheaper than purchasing a new one.They fixed it in time before the start of the school semester in January. It’s now almost May, and it’s working just fine, as my laptop was never damaged. If you are having computer issues, I recommend you come here - I’m happy I did!”

“The tech was fantastic and he deserves 10 stars! Plus ... he was a real person. So refreshing! Sears seems to think they only need one real human for their service calls, and that is the tech. I would recommend to them employing some real humans in their customer service department and providing their customers with a real phone number to dial with which to talk to them. No one likes to talk to a bunch of robots. (Note: the price listed that I paid was only for the diagnosis. The washer required a very expensive repair which the age of the machine did not warrant.”

“The experience in this establishment is one that all places should learn from when it comes to customer service. I came here to fix my Gaming PC which is a sophisticated system I have with high end parts. I accidentally deleted windows in the command prompt. I ended up stuck at a wall that I couldn’t reset windows. The owner explained to me the cost if he can fix it and the fee if he couldn’t solve the problem. He kept the PC for one day and called me to explain to me that he ran into an issue that he couldn’t solve the problem as well. I knew I had to get a new M.2 SSD. And told him that might be my only option. He felt bad he couldn’t fix the issue I had. And explain to me that he will wave the diagnostics fee.
This place I will recommend for customers service and the above and beyond workmanship of trying to solve the problem.
I fixed the issue myself in the end with purchasing a new M.2 SSD and now my PC is back up and running”
“I've known about and dealt with Stanton for years. Bill, the owner, used to refer customers to me when they needed help with their PCs. (They focused more on appliances and general consumer electronics). He died in mid-2022. From what I heard, his surviving wife, Virginia, tried to keep it going but decided instead to shut it down and move out of the area. Stanton was among the last of the old-school repair shops. I'll miss that place, and Bill.”
“I came here looking to fix my cracked iphone 15 pro max and because my life, work, and accounts are all on there i needed my phone done expeditiously. I was greeted and helped by MJ, who was quick with the repair, very kind and welcoming, also very knowledgeable and tech savvy. She also let me know I was ruining my battery on one of my devices because I was using the wrong charger. I received my phone back same day with a short wait time and the phone looks pristine, the best repair i’ve gotten on one of my cracked devices. 11/10 would recommend.”

“My daughter closed her MacBook on a pen and the screen cracked. The computer wouldn’t turn on. She took it to Apple and they quoted her a price and told her she needed an appointment and would take a week to repair. IFixScreens charged a bit more but I walked right in. They took the computer. Replaced the screen with an original Apple screen and had it back to me in 2 days. Works great. So it’s a bit pricier than Apple but very convenient and they seem to know what they are doing.”
“I just had to write a review about the exceptional service at Kobe's world! Brought in my switch controllers because one of them started to give out on me and buttons were not working. They fixed it within a day and then another issue came up with one of the back buttons.
I brought it back to them and they fixed it right on the spot with no issues! I really appreciate Kobe's world, been going to them for years. Very decent prices as well! I hope they continue to stay in business forever ♥️✨”

“Cleaned my laptop screen with a cleaning liquid only to find out it ruined my screen. Had to get it replaced. Pat and the other workers were super sweet and informative. They did their best to try to salvage my screen to save me money, but in the end it was too much damage. Now my laptop looks brand new and works great!
