Horrible!! Staff is beyond rude. Don’t want to help, make you wait and make you do everything yourself. Practically laugh and insult you. Just lazy and don’t seem happy to work there. NEVER GO TO THIS FEDEX!!

They don’t know about their jobs. I came to this location with a package and the QR SAY NO PACKAGE OR LABEL NEED IT, but they said i need to buy a $8 dollar box to ship it. Can anyone tell me what happen, because i can’t understand

Worst customer service I’ve experienced in a long time. I dropped off the package that delivered by mistake to my house for them. Staff name Dwayne was so rude I just asked him for the prove that I actually already dropped off the package so they don’t try to find the package from me later what the reason of him had to be so rude to the customer? never said sorry or thank you on top of that he said he didn’t need to apologize since it’s not his fault what kind of customer service person here

Tyesha was wonderful! I went to pack and ship two very fragile items on a Monday afternoon and it felt like they were a bit understaffed but Tyesha was very calm and patient the whole time, effortlessly helping myself and other customers without me ever feeling like she was leaving me to help them. The other employee wasn't as friendly and didn't want to help a woman who's paper jammed in a printer but Tyesha wasted no time and helped the woman before returning back to help me. She didn't seem stressed and she perfectly (and delicately) packed my items securely to be shipped cross country. Thank you Tyesha!

I don't know what is wrong with this location, but the employees really need a re-training on customer service (and I am not the only one that thinks that, look at the ratings average). Every time I have to ship something, I dread when I have to ship it via FedEx. The employees act like they're going out of their way to do you a favor, but that is not the case - we are customers paying for a service, and we expect to do such service without rude attitude or condescending comments. My last interaction at this location was with Dwayne and he was very rude with me in trying to create a shipping label - in fact he made a mistake, which made him have to retype all of the information again, as it was somewhat my fault. I will talk to my business to use other shipping services such as UPS instead, because dealing the employees at this location is intolerable. The UPS store right up the street is much better and the employees go out of their way to help you - not the case here. I didn't even need special help, I just needed to ship something, but it seems even that is difficult for them. I hope the attitude in this store changes soon or that it shuts down - I'd rather drive to Elmsford or Mount Vernon than deal with nasty employees.

I visited on Saturday to mail a letter internationally. there were 2 agents helping customers. One customer was taking a very long time, discussing all sort of options with the agent. when the second agent became free, I went to her, she said no, she has a couple of things to do, went in the back, completely ignored the long line, and started binding books. I waited at least 30 minutes. People were either using the automated tools or quitting the line. In the end after all this wait, I paid $126.22 for a 5 page letter, and it will take a full 10 days for it to reach its destination. Very disappointing service

Horrible customer service. A guy named Remon or Reymond or something like that was so unpleasant and unprofessional. I needed his advice, instead received just a condescending and nasty responses “I don’t know what it is”. Well, thank you.
One thing I noticed he was pretty nice to guys but towards women totally condescending and unprofessional.
Like someone said, the UPS location across the street is top notch unlike this one.

Staff is incredibly rude, I don't understand what it is with this location and the elmsford location, the staff is down right nasty and rude. I have never had an issue at the Mt Kisco store, everyone there is so nice and friendly but this location on central avenue is down right terrible. They don't keep any boxes out on the floor and the guy took it as a personal insult when I asked him where the boxes are and spoke to me in the most condescending tone that I needed to wait in line to ask him a question, all I wanted to know was where I can find boxes. Isn't the whole point of the FedEx store to box up your things to send. He yelled at me to wait in line to pay for boxes, then told me to get back out of line to box up my things, and then get back in line to check out again. It's the most asinine FedEx location I have ever been to.

I went to this location to ship a Walmart return. I have never returned an item before and wasn't aware of the steps I shall take. The customer service gentleman guided me with great patience and professionalism!

I have visited this location a few times. The first thing I noticed was the customer service upon entering. The team greeted me and asked what I needed help with. Tyesha, hope I'm spelling this correctly, and the team guided me through the process of getting my business needs met. Very professional and knowledgeable. They made sure I had everything I needed. This will be the location I bring my business to. Thank you guys!!!
