One star for not marking final sale items! It is misleading to mark an item “sale” rather than “final sale.”

DO NOT BUY ONLINE SALES! This is a very misleading merchant. Just bought a pair on jeans on sale - picture looked very different from actual color. They refuse to exchange it. The page never mentioned it was final sale. I just wasted $100. Terrible merchant. In this day and age when customer service is a key, this place is a disgrace. Should not even get 1 star.

In today's economy, I would think you would understand the value of customer service especially when brick and mortar stores are closing rapidly. I will never patron this store again! It was my 1st time visiting the store and it was a huge disappointment. The afternoon of Monday, July 13th two sales associates saw me struggling while I was trying to keep the door open to wheel in my grandmother who's in a wheelchair. I was basically inside the store before either sale associate asked if they could help. This was very poor customer service. I will definitely take my business elsewhere.

Obviously the clothes are great- expensive but great. What really ruins the experience here is the sales assistant. She is unbelievably rude. I was uncomfortable the moment I walked in - she will serve you looks like it's her job. Fire her !Update- just called to speak to the manager about this matter and she was just as rude! Low class customer service.

Not the easiest place to shop and feel comfortable despite the beautiful selection.

I am 100% sure that this is THE BEST boutique in Westchester. I love to dress up and my most favorite items were purchased at Great Stuff in Scarsdale. Every item is unique, beautiful and superb quality. Every person that works there is very sophisticated, classy and professional.

Wow! I genuinely root for small boutiques to stay in business, but this one is run so badly I had to take time out of my day to write this review. I found myself in Scarsdale yesterday after a doctor's appointment where I had received some positive news. I was in a good mood and in the need for some spring/summer tops and Great Stuff had a nice selection in the window. So I went in. The prices are high - but I expected this as this is what it takes today to remain in business. What I didn't expect was to be made to feel unwelcome. Clearly there were two regular customers shopping. Good news. But I guess they do not want or need new ones. I wasn't greeted when I walked in - I had to say hello to the sales staff. When I started to pull items from the racks to try on - I was told by one sales person - you know all of dressing rooms are busy so you may not be able to try on. I said ok only to then be approached by another woman who yanked everything out of my hands as if she thought I was shoplifting. I am in my 50s and well dressed and should have walked out then. Instead I waited for a dressing room. I was completely ignored as I tried on several items. I decided to purchase two items. I went to the register and started to pay. I was pushed out of the way so that a regular could put her items down while sales associate said "Just a minute- let me get rid of her" I said in response I am sorry I am in your way - I meant I sarcastically- and she actually said "no problem - we just need you to leave". I won't be back!!!!!!!!

I love to shop in Great Stuff in Scarsdale . I don't always find something but the staff is incredibly helpful . They are always willing to give advice or track an item down in a different size or color. The owner and staff are welcoming and friendly.

Tried to call the store and received the WORST customer service ever! The woman who was working was nasty and hung up on me. I try again and a man picks up who then shuts me down and hangs up as well. Truly amazing people!

They don't deserve even one star. I have lived in Scarsdale for over 20 years. Have gone into this store from time to time. They have always been consistently rude. I got a pair of pants for Mother's Day. The pants immediately started falling apart at the seams. I called to see if the manager was there as I wanted to return them. I have never returned anything there before. She told me that they would do nothing for me., no one else has had this problem and she has no idea what I did to these pants. She never even asked to see them. Had she looked she would have seen it was a manufacturing defect. I guess nothing has changed. They always live up to their rude reputation. Stay away unless you like abuse when shopping.

I had been to the store in Greenwich before and had never had any issues at all. I was on my lunch break today and walked into this location in Scarsdale, just to browse. One friendly saleswoman greeted me as I walked in and told me to let her know if I needed any help. The other older lady STALKED me around the store, making me so uncomfortable that I had to leave. I have never been made to feel so suspicious in my entire life. They have this nice 3 way mirror in the back of the store near a few of their clothing racks, and I happened to feel a little self-conscious about my outfit today, so therefore spent MAYBE 10 seconds looking at the angles in the mirror. The older saleswoman popped up out of nowhere and asked in a passive-agressive tone if I needed anything, clearly trying to relay the message that I was not meant to be utilizing the mirror in this capacity. I was friendly and polite and told her I was just looking around, even laughed a little, trying to seem semi-apologetic. I then moved on to some racks nearby, and she LITERALLY stood parallel to me and was not even pretending to focus her attention elsewhere. I originally tried to find contact information for someone higher up, but when that was unsuccessful, settled for Yelp.

This store has the worst customer service I have ever encountered. I purchased a $$$$ Moncler coat and within 10 wearings or less the zipper broke. I went back with it asking only that they contact Moncler to see about having them fix/replace the zipper - being that it was a $1600 coat! First they tried to convince me that I just didn't know how to zipper it properly! Then when all of them had trouble too they said well this happens with coats and you should just take it to a tailor. They flat out refused to contact the company for me, saying things like - "it's not our problem", "we don't have their number anymore", "why don't you just call them yourself", "we dont guarantee our products", etc. The manager in Scarsdale, Jan, is beyond rude and acted like I was a huge intrusion on her day. I told her I would never spend another dime in any of their stores again and would tell everyone I knew to avoid this store like the plague. So please please do NOT give them your business!

When I lived in Westchester, I shopped this store for many years. After moving to NYC, I still liked to drive up and shop. I bought a pair of shorts that were damaged. I did not notice that there was a fade line across the back leg, and tried to return them for a store credit. I was told that they do not take back sale merchandise even if they are damaged at the time of purchase. This is so wrong on so many levels. Certainly not a merchant one should do business with...
