Horrible. One man helping a crowd. No rhyme or reason as to what goes on. No teller stations, no privacy when doing a transaction or counting money!! . Ridiculously long wait times. People “working” behind smoked glass ignoring everyone and never looking up to see if they could actually DO anything to help anyone. What an absolute disgrace this operation has become. Total disrespect for those who have entrusted them with our money. Just leave this bank before they close down their last branch within 50 miles. Ugh. ZERO STARS

The worse banking experience ever. Since they renovated and moved all the tellers out. Just one person helping and always a huge line. Always just one person. And they know this. Really hoping to move all my funds to a diff bank. Asap !

Worst customer service ever! Just to make a cash deposit or withdrawal, be warned you will wait an hour. Literally 10 clients waiting and all of us over half hour minimum for simple transactions. We saw 6 employees but none could help, or they would take over half hour for cash deposit. Miserably. My first time and last time!!!

Astonishingly bad service. There is always a long line for the teller desk, and since the teller always needs to leave the desk to get cash, etc., the desk is almost always empty. The "managers" in the offices appear to just walk around and chat at each other's desks. They seem to have neither the sense of diligence nor the agency to jump in and help when the line is long and their office is empty.

Always a long line. Makes it difficult for senior citizens to make their banking transactions. Senior citizens do not trust online transactions. Also they don’t notify customers when changes are made. Terrible customer service.

Customer service has deteriorated significantly in recent times. Most branches are closed. The only branch which is working in Westchester is at Scarsdale, and it too has closed all teller counters except one, even though several people are waiting in a line.

Horrible! There is no drive thru window and there is ALWAYS a line that takes forever. It shouldn't take 20 mins for a simple deposit. The phone app never works either.Today the line is literally out the door! I'm done. Switching banks today. I already moved three investment accounts. Today...moving four more.

Long lines, they don’t answer the phones, no process for handling walk ins. I was forced over to this branch after the (amazingly convenient and helpful) Pelham branch closed. HSBC as an institution has been great to me, but this location SUCKS.

It wouldn't hurt the ladies behind the desk to learn some customer service skills: greeting, smile, look up, be more engaging. The air of arrogance has got to go, I'm not here to beg for money, we're letting this bank use our hard-earned money!The location & parking are very convenient though.
