Marisa is super professional in selling my house at Westchester County. Not only she is an experience real estate lawyer, but she will also go above and beyond to ensure the seller being protect by their rights in the transaction. In our case, the buyer lawyer had been very difficult throughout the process, and Marisa resolved them all for us while we have already moved to a different state! I agree with what others said. Marisa is great! I just used her to represent me to sell my apartment in NYC. The transaction was long. She and Jessica were extremely accessible and responsive throughout and I am always able to reach them on a phone if I need to. Or I would get a text if they are busy and telling me when I will hear back. Can't recommend someone enough.

We hired Marisa as our attorney as a first time home buyer in NY. She is helpful and kind throughout the entire process, also she responds promptly to my emails and SMS texts. During the transaction we had many unexpected situations: closing date delay, closing condition mismatch etc. Marisa communicated proactively on behalf of us, worked with the Seller attorney and the Bank side to resolve conflicts, and finally we got the house and we loved it!
