“I personally love going to P.C. Richards it is a family oriented business. I been shopping with them for a long time. There is a manager who name is Ben I follow whatever location in P.C. Richard’s he goes to due to his customer service.”
“Nick the manager on duty and Abby the sales representative were very helpful in assisting me with my purchase of a refrigerator. I left the store feeling that I have gotten the best value for my money.”
“Lisa at mattress firm is the best sales person I ever encountered thank you for helping me
I would definitely recommend friends and family
Thanks again Lisa”
“Very easy and comfortable to try different mattresses. Pieter was great and very helpful. No pushy salesperson. Great President Day and October savings!! This was my second purchase.”
“I recommend This PC Richard in Yonkers, NY because they cleaned up a very stressful Refrigerator situation from another store. Kudos to Luis Figueroa, who is driven and who is a true Sales professional. I also thank the Manager, Bob. After trying to get a refrigerator at the Bronx store, knowing I had to buy a bigger refrigerator and change a cabinet, juggling salespeople who were there / not there, forced to purchase a 7 cubic foot unit because no one knew what to search, I was disgusted. I went to Yonkers. DONE. The Manager, Bob, cancelled the pseudo- fridge, Luis found what I wanted from the specs, delivery made, new fridge was plugged in and tested and the nightmare was over. The staff at PC Richard in Yonkers, NY was approachable. I did not have to chase down someone to help me. They literally greet you. Positive review.”
“I had an amazing experience thanks to Daisy, the store manager. From the moment I walked in, she made me feel welcomed, listened carefully to my needs, and never made me feel pressured. She took the time to understand what I was looking for and helped me find the perfect mattress for where I am in life right now.
Daisy's kindness, patience, and genuine care made all the difference. Exceptional customer service like hers is hard to find these days, and I truly appreciate the time and attention she gave me.
If you're looking for a new mattress, I highly recommend visiting this Mattress Firm. You'll receive outstanding customer service, compassion, and professionalism.
Thank you, Daisy, for making this such a wonderful experience!”

Of course I came in all prepared having done my research but of course my body needed to make the final decisions.
Alexei in the Hartsdale store was awesome, offered no pressure, but rather was extremely informative and supplemented my own research.
Can’t wait for my new bed!”

“We had an excellent experience at Mattress Firm. We went in to buy a queen mattress for my daughter and walked out with a new king for ourselves as well. Anik was incredibly helpful, knowledgeable and a pleasure to deal with. Cannot recommend more highly.”
“As soon as we entered the store, Mohammed welcomed us with open arms. He was incredibly helpful, friendly, and very easy to talk to. He asked pointed and specific questions to identify our sleeping habits and preferences and proceeded to recommend both of us pillows based on our answers. They were perfect. We were both pleased with the recommendation and Mohammed was kind enough to write the models down for us to purchase later. Thank you Mohammed.”
“Purchased our nursery glider from here and our experience was excellent! We worked with Walter and he was SO helpful, responsive, knowledgeable, patient and detail-oriented every step of the way.
We initially purchased one chair/put on hold for future delivery but after measuring our space, decided we wanted to exchange it. They were super accommodating and helpful, and showed us a ton of options until we found the best fit. The white glove delivery was also very seamless.
Highly recommend!!!”
“Garrick is an extraordinary and gifted salesman who offered product support and
technical advice that prevented me from purchasing a incompatible item. Thus, saving our organization lots of money in the long run!”
“Juan rocks! Village Furniture & Mattress is the absolute best!
My wife and I recently purchased a bed and mattress from Village Furniture & Mattress, and we could not be happier. Juan Moronta has a beautiful selection of high-quality furniture at incredibly affordable prices. From the moment we walked in, Juan provided excellent, elegant, and completely no-pressure advice. He knew exactly what we needed, and his recommendations were spot on. Even though I knew right then and there that we were going to buy from him, we opted to do our due diligence and checked out 10 other furniture and bedding stores. After all that looking around, we returned right back to our original conclusion: Juan and Village Furniture are unmatched. The furniture arrived exactly as promised. And it is clear that the top sets the tone for the whole business because the delivery and set-up team were just as professional, courteous, and knowledgeable as Juan. We highly and without reservation recommend Village Furniture & Mattress!”

“I cannot speak highly enough of Gothic Cabinet Craft located on Tarrytown Road in White Plains. The sales person Robert is very knowledgeable about the merchandise and has a positive vibe about him. One can tell that he truly enjoys his job.My first purchase was a platform bed made of birchwood which includes six drawers. I purchased it 5 years ago and Robert was the salesman then. To this day the bed has remained intact.Gothic Cabinet Craft makes the best wood furniture in the US. They make very solid and durable pieces that last for a very long time.About a month ago I bought a storage piece which is called a chiffonier. It has seven drawers ,a door & 2 shelves. I had it painted in Golden oak. It looks so beautiful in my living room. I appreciate this piece so much because Robert was able to help me choose the right color that would go well with my living room furniture.I must say that a salesman that takes the time to truly provide great customer service makes the shopping experience at Gothic Cabinet Craft very pleasant. I highly recommend coming here to purchase high quality wood furniture. You won't regret it.”

“I purchased my bedroom set from this place (a dresser and two nightstands). 100% solid wood throughout, which I searched plenty of furniture stores for. The salesperson Madsty was so helpful and knowledgeable about furniture, which made my experience that much easier. They delivered and assembled my furniture less than a week of purchasing. The delivery team maintained communication from the time they left the warehouse to arriving at my place. They were kind and professional. I highly recommend this furniture store. Should I need any additional pieces, they will be my first stop!”
