“Whatever you do, go to this place if you are in need for repairs. After a full week of getting little communication from other shops, I called here and Axel picked up immediately. After my car got to the shop he kept constant communication and showed me exactly the problem and offered solutions for a great price. He fixed every issue with my exhaust system and finished my car in a few hours. The quality of work was amazing and my car is running way better now and the price was more than reasonable.”

“We drove in with a low pressure tire on the way home from visiting family. One of the mechanics welcomed us and in only a few minutes our car was being looked at. They realized that there was a piece of glass embedded in the tire. They were able to fix it quickly and we were on our way in half an hour or so. “I had an amazing experience at BMW of Greenwich. I thought I was going to be waiting forever, and instead it was a quick in and out. My service advisor, Pat Riccardelli, was incredibly professional and truly a pleasure to work with.
The car came out beautifully, and what really impressed me was the video they sent. The technician walked around the car with a tablet, explaining everything they inspected and what work was done. The transparency was refreshing, many mechanics keep things behind the scenes, but BMW of Greenwich shows you exactly what’s going on.

It’s not a shop with 20 people, so when Dan, who posted a bad review, wanted him to stop working in his regular customers cars, who he made commitments to- I don’t see that as bad service. I see that as Dan not getting what he wanted when he wanted which has nothing to do with the shop.Artie will do his best to find the best price parts to repair your car, he informs you every step of the way and charges a fair rate. He isn’t trying to take advantage.”

“Honest, reliable, quick - we could not have had a better experience! These guys are the best. We brought our 10 year old Subaru Forester into the Subaru Stamford dealership for a rattling noise and we were quoted 11K to repair a "mechanical failure" with the engine. Thank god we brought it to Red's for a second opinion. Joe Jr. squeezed us in to be seen right away and upon arriving did a quick check of our engine oil to discover that there was literally no oil. Can you believe this is how Subaru Stamford returned our car to us?! Especially after we paid them $700 for a synthetic oil change/tune up less than four months prior... Upon further inspection, Red's determined that aside from not having oil it in the engine was running fine. When we picked our car up - Joe Sr. took the time to show us how to check the oil and top it off ourselves. Everyone from Joe Sr., Joe Jr., to Benito at the front desk was awesome, helpful, professional and knowledgeable. We will absolutely be returning with all of our automotive needs.”

“They take advantage with the prices but the tech guys are actually pretty good. If you are a car guy and know about places like this and how they function this one is actually pretty darn good. As an old guy I’ve found it’s worth the extra only ten bucks or so to let someone well younger than me and with an easy setup under the vehicle to do my oil changes.
I’ve had very bad experiences. The valvolene place on central ave in white plains actually over tightened my drain plug and cracked my belly pan on a vehicle so points to this place for never damaging any of my vehicles brought here.
Convenient location, friendly staff, and a free car wash w the oil change. That’s 5 stars baby”
