I can't say enough good things about Wilson & Son. My fiancé has wanted a Rolex for years and has been on a waitlist for a specific watch since 2021. Alison at Wilson & Son worked tirelessly to get him the watch he wanted in time for our wedding day. She also helped us find my dream wedding ring and walked us through the entire process. The day both the ring and watch were available, she called us to Wilson & Son and presented us with both the Rolex and my wedding ring as a huge surprise! We're so grateful to her and the entire team at Wilson & Son!

I went window shopping for a watch and Mike Wilson, the owner, was incredibly helpful. He took the time to chat about the different brands and helped me try on a couple of pieces. Will certainly be back to shop.

Ive been to many other jewelry/ rolex stores. None of them can compare to my experience with Wilson & Son jewelers. From the moment i walked into the store, Alison has been very welcoming, friendly and a joy to get to know. She took her time and let me try on all the watches that interested me. She was very knowledgeable on each time piece. This is a family owned business and it was nice of her to she show me pictures and explain the history of the store and their family. I can see why they have been open for over 100 years! Alison and everyone who worked there made a real impression on me. Although i was not able to purchase my first timepiece today due to unavailability. I am looking forward to making my first purchase here with them in the future.

What a great find! Needed to have one of my watches taken care of, and walked into a local watch dealer of the highest category - competent, friendly, knowledgable. The links were added within minutes, the owner patiently answering my questions about a certain Rolex I am in the market for. They aren't pushing product, they are representing a leading brand in a really competent way. Why would anyone buy their expensive watches in the city, where you, bar a few exceptions, will be serviced by sub-par staff? Here, the owners are in charge of an extremely well-run, friendly shop, and you can tell right away. I will be back for more. Highly recommend Wilson & Son.

I went into Wilson & Son to inquire about selling an old Rolex Day-Date that belonged to a late family member. The watch was "not my style" and it had been sitting around for a while in need of a full service. One of the Wilsons (I think) (unfortunately, I can't remember his name as this was two years ago) came to talk to me about it. He made me an approximate offer but went a step further: he suggested I not sell the watch for sentimental reasons, even if "not my style." Instead, I decided to keep the watch and have it serviced. He was completely upfront and honest, telling me he could easily sell the watch once serviced, but I could very well regret my decision to sell it down the road. I am so thankful for his openness and honesty. Instead of buying the watch from me and flipping it for a profit, he encouraged me to hang onto it and I am so glad I did!He introduced me to his Rolex-trained watchmaker who would be doing the service and walked me through the whole process. The work was done in a timely manner and delivered at the price promised.The honesty, integrity, and workmanship of the individuals here have made me a customer for life. I've since worn the watch on many occasions and am so thankful it's still ticking away beautifully in my possession.

I have stopped by Wilson and sons over the years to browse over their watch selection that they have on handI was always treated very well on my visits . I was greeted by matt on several occasions on my visit to look at Rolex. Matt took the time to talk watches with me and even introduced me to his Rolex trained watch maker in-house. I was thoroughly impressed by this store and Matt in particular. I recommend stopping by if you are looking for a Rolex.

Will never return to these guys. The shorter brother, gemologist, is rude and unprofessional. Had a ring sized there that I had specifically requested to be sized with extra gold, not stretched to match an exact copy. Went back for pick up and the ring had been stretched, leaving a thin back and not fitting in with the other band. The guy treated me rudely, would not admit the mistake nor offer to redo the work. I was left annoyed and with two rings that don't fit anymore. What a waste of money and distasteful experience. CROOKS!

Matt and his staff are simply incredible. I'm embarrassed to say that although I grew up in town and have come back to teach here years ago, I'd never set foot inside the shop. And I've been in town since 1980!How foolish that was.This shop is low-key, professional and, best of all, it's a family business that feels like one.I'm a customer and will be for as long as I'm standing upright ; ) Buy with confidence.Brian
