The staff are really rude and have no intentions of helping out the customers. I requested a staff to give me a product which was not in stock on the shelf and she mentioned that someone will come help me but I waited almost 10 mins and no one showed up. Whilst the person I spoke with was casually sorting some products which was clearly not the priority. Simply getting paid for being sad little dolls.

I’ve been a loyal customer of this Sephora location for a while now, and I’ve noticed a significant improvement in their stock and product selection over the past year. However, It’s hard to ignore the condescending and rude behavior of some of the staff, particularly those working the register.
When you ask a simple question, you shouldn’t feel like you’re burdening the staff. If customers are constantly asking the same questions, it’s a sign that you’re doing something wrong whether that’s labeling, organization, transparency, etc. Instead of getting annoyed and trying to make them feel bad, use this as an opportunity to improve your store’s efficiency.
I understand that dealing with customers can be overwhelming and stressful, especially during peak hours. But helping customers is ultimately what you’re getting paid to do. The least you can do is show some basic customer service.

I went to the Westchester Mall location and had to immediately leave because of how understaffed and overwhelming it was. I made the trip to Vernon Hills because it’s not that far of a drive and always a quick experience, but I ran into the STORE MANAGER from the westchester location distracting other employees and overall hanging out, I believe Stephan? It was disappointing to see a store manager completely disregard his own store’s performance.

I try to shop online whenever possible, because this is my closest Sephora to where I live and I am always disappointed in the service when I have to visit. The staff are not friendly, low-energy, often unhappy and even rude. I’ve been here several times now where I’ve asked for help and the staff member asks me to hold on a minute while they finish fussing with their own makeup. Or the staff at the register acts irritated or like I’m inconveniencing them by making a purchase. The staff at this location needs some serious customer service training.

went to this sephora to get a quick christmas present for my younger sister, associates were lovely and very attentive for what i was looking for and recommending products, and as i was leaving the store i saw noah schnapp from the side of my eye and it ruined the entire experience for me. but thankful for the associates !

this location has the best staff and the best products. Usually in a lot of Sephora stores they aren’t that friendly but this location they treat you like family. The manager at this location is such a doll. She’s super helpful friendly and remembers her customers. The staff at this location are so highly trained. They teach you about make up while putting it on you for testing. Xavier was my sephora employee. He was so knowledgeable and helped me achieve the look that I was going for. He taught me so much about make up and how to apply it. I am so thankful for him. I will never go to anyone else he took his time to find the perfect shade for my olive skin tone and put me onto the best products. I will forever be going to him for the rest of my life because I love how he didn’t rush and took his time. He was patient and taught me so much in the short time that I was there about the products he was putting on my face and how to apply it. The reason why I also will only go to him because he’s so passionate at what he does and you can tell he loves his job.thank you so much for helping me and staying late. I will forever be a loyal customer at this location.

This Sephora is a fabulous store, genuine & helpful staff. Don’t pay attention to the spastic angry teenagers leaving 1 star reviews…
This is a cosmetic store, not a McDonalds. This Sephora has your essentials, just ask for help & be kind. Cleanest store I’ve seen in Yonkers!
Cannot wait to go back and restock on my favorite goodies.

I recently visited the Sephora in Eastchester and was interested in trying out a sample of the 7 Virtues perfume. Unfortunately, when I asked one of the sales associates about it, they told me that they didn’t have any samples available and no empty sample spray bottles available. However, they also suggested I ask the cashier, as they might have a different answer.
I found it a bit frustrating to get mixed messages, and it felt like the staff wasn’t on the same page. It would be great if the team could communicate better to provide a more seamless experience for customers. Otherwise, the store was clean, and they had a good selection of products.

Very bad service. Staff are unattended and looked like they don't want to be there. I had a question and had to wait for the 2 staff to finish chatting. There were at leastb6 of them floating around with 6 customers waiting to pay and only one cashier who looked miserable doing her job. I ended up left the store and didn't but $100 worth of merchandise. The Greenwich location has a much better service. I never have to wait for help. They are always approaching the customers and offer their help. No one did that at Eastchester when the store was not even busy. Will never come back again!!!

I always have a great experience. Even one time when the first opened and my appointment can’t be had, the manager was very attentive, proactive and respectful. Really good personalities at the make up bar and great customer service.

If I can rate with a 0 star I would absolutely do so. This was my first time shopping at this location and it was definitely horrible. The staff on the sales floor were not helpful at all. Additionally, when I asked for help I did not get it and was ignored continuously (eventually I found the section)! I drove an hour from where I live because ONLINE it showed the items I was looking for WERE IN STOCK. Eventually I found the section I was looking for and it was not restocked. After asking for help multiple times someone came over and restocked the shelves in the section I was in and told me they couldn’t find the items. I did not even receive an apology.
This location absolutely sucks. Do better Sephora. I came for no reason at all due to improper irregular updates on their inventory! Who is in charge of operations? This is absurd.

This review is only for the makeup session I had last Saturday. I called the store to ask if I can change my appointment as I was getting there late. The manager was nice to wait for 1/2 an hour, but I got there 15 minutes late, so plenty of time for basic make up. I got the girl Glenny, she was unfriendly, and looked upset. She told me she was not going to talk because I was late and she needed to finish before 5. I said ok. The whole time I felt she was rushing, my makeup was horrible, she didn’t read my comment when I made the appointment, and I couldn’t say much because she didn’t like it, at the end I told her my eyes needed something, she put tons of eyeliner making my eyes super tiny, with blush cherry red near my eyes. I looked like a geisha. Everyone at home told me the makeup was terrible. I know i was 15 minutes late but if you have an egotistical attitude towards the customers, you shouldn’t be in that line of business. The other manager with green eyes long dark hair was very nice, she knew how to treat the customer.

This new Sephora is clean and organized! Thank you Talia for a beautiful makeup application! She nailed the concept I had in mind, taught me how to apply on my own, and had a very calm demeanor which helped my pre-event jitters.
