Half and half with a expiration date of December 23rd was spoiled. Also, no hand baskets and no bags at the self checkout. This all served to remind me why I never go here. Would give zero stars if I could.

The store is just ok. I prefer the ShopRite in New Rochelle being that it has more of what I need. 0nce in a blue moon do I go to the ShopRite in Scarsdale. Only if I am in the area.

This ShopRite, the manager staff, the cashier all of them are very prejudice. Also, they have no respect for men’s and women and United States uniform. I experience this firsthand the only concerned they are concerned about is what positive review that they get from the app they never contact you they never do a follow up even after you call the one 800 number. It does no good to complain. They have no respect for men and women serving in the United States army I experience that first hand Celia cashier is very rude very disrespectful. Even the manager, Al very rude, very disrespectful. Even he storeManager. He has no respect for consumer. at this point, I also seek Legal counselor for discrimination this ShopRite is not good for African-Americans. They Because of Black, I get treated like human I experience this firsthand. if he doesn’t believe me, go first thing in the morning, also, in the afternoon, this place is ratchet no respect The store Director he’s is very rude very disrespectful. He also is prejudice I experience this firsthand. also, the response that you get when you leave a review, it’s just automated response system, which has no concern about your concern just be mindful that nevertheless dish ShopRite is the worst

They ask me and the other people I was for ID to buy alcohol. I have never heard that you have to ask the people you with for ID to buy alcohol. This is unbelievable. Bad service bad customer service. Supermarkets in the Bronx won’t treat like that. And this is suppose to be the rich and wealthy places ?????♂️??♂️??♂️

During the day the staff are great—helpful, polite and knowledgeable. At night—it’s a totally different experience.I went here at 11pm. There were no cash registers s open and only two self serve machines online. The staff were hanging around in groups of four or five talking. It was an imposition when I asked a question.If ShopRite is going to open at night, they should have staff available to help customers—and open at least one full service registers.

I always get my groceries from this specific location because I love it and know where everything is. I normally get the same cashier and he is the best but today I guess he was off and I had to go to someone else. I got the sweetest man, Dominick. He was very efficient but also super nice. Thanks Dominick!

Called for someone to help in bottle room 3 times. They never sent anyone! This is the worst shoprite I've ever been to! I've been waiting here for 30 mins. I ask the cart guy he said "that's not my job" the ShopRite I worked in southbury, ct never had anyone waiting. Cart guys would never say "that's not my job" actually you should never say that about anything when you work in a grocery store. You find someone to help the customer. These people need to be trained on better customer service skills because this is ridiculous!

This place is very clean and organized and always has great deals and prices.They care about the environment. They have a gardening section in front of the store, like pots of flowers and seeds for planting. There is a shoprite recycling room for plastic/ cans and glass.Coming up Mother's Day and shoprite atmosphere is a very festive flowers ? and balloons ? everywhere in the store.The bakery has a variety of nice cakes and ones made for Mother's Day ?The staff also is very nice, organized and fastI recommend shoprite 10/10 and can't wait to go again and shop for my groceries over there.

I spend a thousand dollars a month here. The fish guys are the absolute worst ! I ask them to give me two pounds of salmon in half pounds wrapped separately as that’s all I use at one time for my elderly Mom who lives with me. They never do. If they even cut it, they’ll put the pieces together so when it’s frozen, you can’t separate them.I am exploring other stores. The managers could care less.Also they never have stocked shelves. My mom likes Diet Coke with without caffeine in smaller bottles but there usually is none in any size bottle.Go Saturday and they’re already changing the prices on things for Sunday’s new circular. So you buy a thing you think is in sale but it’s not.On the other hand, most employees are very nice and helpful. I’ve had wonderful cashiers. Most help is extremely very nice, but the fish guys are disasters.The deli counter is the total opposite of the fish guys, and professional and friendly. I don’t want the fish guys to know I’m the complainer because I might get a fish’s head in my bed!!!

Tuesday night grocery shopping and no cashiers are open only self checkout. I requested for the manager and was told I can wait 5-10 minutes for a cashier or use the self checkout regardless of the full cart I had. Person I spoke to was Sonya!

I will be seeking legal this ShopRite discrimination against me told me they was taken my privilege of writing checks away stayed I all I do is write checks never spend cash mine you none of my checks came back. Insufficient funds never happened this ShopRite and my point of view have no respect for military personnel, matter fact, civilian. spoke to the manager Al onMay 18, 2023. He was very rude very disrespectful. File complaint with headquarters I haven’t got a response back yet. nevertheless, one of the cashier shout out that she was told not to take no more on my checks. All I do is write checks question how many my check return none just because I’m black discrimination. At this point I will weigh. my option of lawsuit.
