Mirsada is such a treasure to this location! I came in for a fix to a bad haircut I had elsewhere and was in and out in a New York minute. I left feeling fabulous and looking better than ever. Mirsada has such a talent with cutting all types of hair. The community of people and stylists at this location makes it truly a SUPER cut! 🤩

Been going to SuperCuts in Scarsdale since high school. I am now a Mom of a College Grad, who also gets her haircut here since her high school days. Past 7 years using Mirsada. She does excellent cuts and styles the way you want your hair, because she listens to you. She also specializes in Great Grandma’s. She does my 100 year old Mom who still has lots of hair!. Mirsada also cut my daughter’s extra long hair and packed it so she could donate it to Locks for Love. Highly Recommend this place!😍

Not worth the wait. Arrived early for my online appointment, noticed more than a few people waiting. One person waiting did the same, book online, his appointment was already an hour past the scheduled time. No thanks!
Fyi, when booking online; you provide your information. Yet no email, text nor phone call confirmation regarding your appointment.
The lack of customer awareness is lost as is the potential for new and repeat clientele.
Hopefully, the owner can resolve these important issues (time management and customer service) before it impacts the bottom line.

Trust the reviews, this was not a good haircut. Asked for simple high skin fade with 4 on top, got a mid fade at the wrong length and the top was not a 4. And the barber left one of my sideburns longer than the other and I had to fix up myself at home.

I had a horrible experience. I even offered to dry my own hair for a minute and I wasn’t allowed and it’s freezing out.

Fun and smiling staff. Happy with my old man cut. This was my first time there. Walked in. No problems. Other customers also seemed very happy and chatty. Overall, a positive vibe.

These chicks do not know how to cut male hair. The taper or “fade” that was supposed to be done looks atrocious. How does the bottom of the fade where it’s supposed to be lighter, be just as dark as the top of the fade. This cut was actually so ugly and unfortunately I will not be sending my partner back. What you pay is truly the results you will get.

What is the point to have a get an online appointment if you won’t be there?. I had appointment at 6:30 pm, I cancelled appointments for this and when I came the person who I booked with wasn’t there.

I came to this salon because of the positive reviews for Eva — huge mistake! Eva was rude, dismissive, and completely unprofessional. This was easily the worst experience I’ve ever had, and I’ll never go back.
Careless and rude: Eva sprayed water on my face FOUR times, and not once did she apologize. She saw me trying to fix my face but didn’t say a word, almost like she didn’t care. I honestly wouldn’t be surprised if she did it on purpose.
No consideration: While combing my hair, she hurt two pimples on my face, and again, didn’t acknowledge it. No apology, no concern, nothing.
Completely unreasonable: The whole time, she was ordering me to keep my head down or tilt it at specific angles — not requesting, but ordering. It wasn’t just a few times either; it was the entire haircut. I’ve never felt like I was the one working for the stylist before.
Mean and unprofessional: She spent the entire time complaining about other customers, which was so uncomfortable.
No basic courtesy: When I asked for a receipt, she didn’t even hand it to me. She just told me to grab it from the POS machine myself, like I wasn’t worth the effort.
Ruined my hair: To top it off, she cut my hair way too short and left me with an unflattering style.
I deeply deeply regret going here. This whole experience was awful, and I wouldn’t recommend this place to anyone. Save yourself the trouble and go somewhere else.

Supercuts is a great place to go for your hair needs. Eva and all the hair stylists are wonderful!!!
