After 10+ years of doing business with this bank they would not process my deposit and told me i have to call the manager tomorrow - I thought this was the worlds most convenient bank - LOL - def not. I will be switching banks.

This bank ruined my experience that I denied opening business account. By far one of the most ignorant and offensive bankers to come across. Tried to open a business account with Israel. He immediately flagged me as fraud.I guess as a small young woman dressed casually and not as an older businessman, that automatically deemed me questionable and not a real business owner.Israel, who doesn’t ever speak or ask me real questions about my business, takes my business license and the check (that I wanted deposited) and goes in a room with a manager for 15 min. I’m offended because, Hello? You didn’t open my account, what are you doing with my check?!He then comes out with a manager named Nada, and she begins asking me ridiculously offensive questions and say that there are going to drive over the address to check if my business is real…NEVER BEEN OFFENDED IN SUCH A WAY. She literally had my Certificate of Authority, all my forms and I even emailed Israel my Tax.Very sad. To think that older generations would cut off money from newer generation because of appearance.You own a business and you’re under 30 years old. DO NOT GO HERE!! They don’t know what to do with new money.And Israel and Nada will hold your Tax ID. Do not email these guys anything!!I had to walk back in the bank and ask Israel to delete that email. He still had it save on his computer when I wanted away. Pitiful people.

I had the pleasure of dealing with the Teller Joseph. My situation was uniquely difficult and with the help of the branch manager Nada, has solved it, exponentially! She came to the rescue quicker than Superwoman. (I didn’t see any phone booths..). Nada explained the process in simple terms and she quickly looked up my account and explained the misunderstanding in the ways I could understand. I HIGHLY RECOMMEND TD Bank in Scarsdale, NY to anyone who wants a nice easy, transparent transaction ?!

I had difficult to access my credit card information online. I requested assistance from Help Desk and even IT department. For months there was no resolution. Last week I went to this TD bank for one last try to get assistance. Israel happened to be the service agent. He is patient, kind, detailed and has a can-do-attitude. He was on the phone with TD Help Desk for hours to uncover the root cause, and he went above and beyond to get supervisor's support. I now have full access to my credit card information online and on my mobile app. THANK YOU Israel. I will continue to do business with TD Bank because of you!

All of card processing is down for td across NY. So no one can use their debit. Three people are sitting on their ass and only two tellers are helping as a line is out the door. Dont go here

Close the whole branch.ALL THESE POSITIVE REVIEWS ARE PAID REVIEWS. That atm stole 240$ from and the the bank wants to me to believe them. They are not doing anything about it. Thieves

The drive up atm is out of service, the atm inside is out of service. Because of this the lines inside to speak with a teller are ridiculously long

Just left TD bank and was helped by a very nice lady named Janine Kogel. She assisted my child in getting paper work notarized and with name change on his account. Janine was very patient and very knowledgeable of all the questions I asked. Thank you so much for your help! I hope they relay this message to her!!

Do NOT bank here. They do not care how long they keep you waitin. One person at the window waiting on one personover 20 minutes no apologies no nothing! It costs business income to bank here

Walked into the bank....excuse, me "store"....about 20 minutes before closing time. Approached on of the employees with a question. She prefaced her answer by sighing deeply with irritation and looking at her watch. Yeah, no thanks! I'll go to another bank.

Well once again TD Bank is the worlds most inconvenient bank. I went to use the ATM this weekend and it was out of order as was the one in Yonkers on Central Ave. So of course once again I was penalized for not using their ATM even though it was their fault. This happens over and over and is so wrong. Then I went in on Monday to use it again and of course it wouldn't take my card! Of course the teller was totally useless and didn't care that this was happening as they always do. She told me to call the national number which is what they always do and of course that's was useless advice since you can never get a hold of anyone there. These people need to be way more helpful and care about their customers. If I didn't have my account attached to so many places on the net I'd dump them like a hot potato, though basically all banks are like this so wouldn't make much of a difference anyhow. Banks suck and need to care about their customers a lot more.
